Providing & installation of Arihant playtime, Uday creation Kilkari or its equivalent FRP Double roller slide with following specification Specification for :- FRP DOUBLE ROLLER SLIDE Rec. Age :- 4 – 12 yrs. The area :- 5.2 m x 4.2 m Safe play area :- 6.7 m x 5.7 m Height :- 2.1 m / 1.5 m The exciting double roller slide is made up of Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic. The most attractive and enjoyable of its kind, the chute of this slide consists of molded plastic rollers spreaded over the length. Rollers are made up of HDPE with UV stabilized pigment. The trapezium platform of the slide is made up of the fiberglass reinforced plastic. The vertical platform support pipes used are of 80 NB powder coated GI pipes. The railing is made in rotational molding. The slide entry is made up of 20 NB powder coated GI pipes. The slide entry is mounted on 80 NB and 80x20 NB nylon clamp. The ladder frame is made in 20 NB and 25 NB powder coated GI pipes. The triangular steps are made in 16 SWG GI sheets.

Age :- 4-14 yrs. The area :- 6.0 m x 1.5 m Safe play area :- 7 m x 3.5 m As the name suggests 04 children can enjoy the swing at one time. The arched shaped side frame is made of 80 NB GI pipes and top pipe is made up of 50 NB GI pipes. The frame is powder coated to give an esthetic look. The four swings are made up of 10 mm thick anti skid chequered reinforced rubber top. The rubber belt seat is suspended on 6 mm rubber coated GI chain. The ball bearings are mounted inside a specially designed nylon clamp.

Age :- 3 - 12 yrs. The area :- 1.5 m dia. Safe play area :- 2.5 m dia. The main frame of the animal merry go round is made up of 25 NB & 40 NB GI pipes. The GI pipes are powder coated. The stand is made in 80 NB GI pipes. The whole structure is mounted on heavy-duty bearing shaft permanently lubricated with water sealant. The animal seats are made out of molded plastic in rotational molding process (LLDP). It accommodates 4 children at a time.

Age : 3 – 6 yrs. The area : 1 m x 0.5 m Safe play area : 2 m x 1.5 m The spring rider being a whale/pony or bike rider provides an unlimited fun to the children riding on it. The whale/pony or bike is made out from fiber reinforced plastic (FRP). The handles provided for gripping is made up of 15 NB GI pipes. The duck is made out of LLDP in rotational molding. The duck is mounted on a pair of heavy-duty compression spring. Also a GI flat is provided for footrest. The spring is mounted on 5mm thick plate. And the stand for support is made out of 40 NB pipe.

The area :- 1.5 m x 2 m Safe play area :- 2.5 m x 3 m The leg support of this item is made up of 40 nb, while the top bar is from 50 nb powder coated gi pipes. The swing frame is made from 25 nb and 15 nb powder coated gi pipes. There are two seats provided which are made out of molded plastic in roto moulding process. The platform is made using aluminum chequered plate for footrest and bearing assembly is made

Providing & fixing of Uday creations Kilkari, Arihant playtime or equivalent make FRP Two lane slide:- Safe play area -5.2 mtr x 2.5 mtr , Height – 1.5 mtr Its required area 4.2 mtr x 1.8 mtr platform height should be 1.5 mtr from ground level and slide length 2.8 mtr there is 2 nos of FRP slide should be made by fiber glass reinforced plastic having thickness 5mm overall both side finish. Connected with platform should be made by 14 SWG CRC sheet with FRP non skid lamination. Leg support of the platform should be made by 48 mm ODMS pipe 14 gauge. Ladder should be made by 32 mm ODMS pipe the ladders railing should be made up to 25 mm ODMS pipe it is design in such a way that a ladder itself has safety railings for the platform. All the sharp edges and corner properly grinded to give smooth finishing so that children are not hurt with playing on it. The pure polyester powder coating (oven baked) done on the pipes extend the life of equipments. Slide should be made in a single mould piece there is no any joint in the slide. FRP components should be paint by 3 layers of PU paint and install by C.C. base system as per order by engineer incharge.

Providing & fixing of Uday creations Kilkari, Arihant playtime or equivalent make Swing 2 seater:- Safe play area – 4 mtr x 2.5 mtr , Height – 2.4 mtr Its total required area 3 mtr x 1.5 mtr and height shall be 2.4 mtr from ground level. and made by 60 mm IDGI pipe 12 Gauge and 4 nos of leg support pipe should be 60 mm IDGI pipe 12 gauge. Top bar attach with 2 nos of alloy steel coasting bearing with GI chain. Seating arrangement of swing are made up of 10 mm thick. Anti skid chequred reinforced rubber belt. Bearing should be covered by specially design nylon lamp. The pure polyester powder coating (oven baked) done on the pipes extend the life of equipments and install by C.C. base system as per order by engineer incharge.
