Supplying and fixing of pre cast inter locking concrete block 80mm thick with crushing strength as per drawing and technical specification clause 1504 of MORTH and specification 6919-11-1986 with all cost of materials, labour, carriage etc complete (data for 225 sqm)

Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint.

Finishing walls weather shield coat paint of approved shade on new work two coat to give an even shade including cost of paint.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing in all floors using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm @ 0.90mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc. with cost conveyance, taxes of all materials labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect.

Painting two coats with approved to the new surface of wood work or Iron work etc completed

Cement concrete (1:11/2:3) with 12mm. Size hard broken granite chips (Hand broken) for R.C.C. works including hoisting, laying, all cost, conveyance, royality etc. complete.
