SPECIAL REPAIRS TO DETERIORATED CI GI PIPE LINE AND CONNECTED WORKS AT SOI OHT AND CONNECTED AREAS AT RMS

Supply, laying in trenches, connecting/jointing, testing and commissioning of DN 150 mm Ductile Iron Pressure pipes, centrifugally cast (spun), Class "K-9" with socket and spigot ends conforming to IS-8329 in standard length suitable for Push-On Rubber gasket jointing with inside cement mortar lining and with black bitumen external coating including taking up old CI water mains (including all fittings), with spigot and socketed ends jointed with run lead joints including burning out joints and recovering leads and removing unserviceable pipe lines from site complete, all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge. Note :(i) Necessary PCC supports for pipe line will be measured and paid seperately. (ii) DI fittings shall be measured and paid seperatly respective items here-in-after. (iii) Rate quoted is inclusive of site clearance i.e vegetation clearance/ jungle clearance. (iv) Rates quoted by tenderer including jointing material like Rubber gasket etc, including necessary welding work. (v) Earthwork shall be measured and paid separately

Supply, fixing and testing of CI, heavy duty, Specials of any size, radius and length conforming to IS - 1538 Part - I to XXIII: 1976 such as bends, tapers any type sockets, tail pieces, connecting pieces, tee pieces, single branch, "Y" junction, double branch, cross, (all sockets or socket and spigot or Flanged), collars, caps and plugs, ( required for shape as per site) adopters etc suitable for CI pipes up to 250 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, fixing and testing of DI fittings heavy duty, Specials of any size, radius and length conforming to relevant IS , spigot socketed and flanged pipe such as bends (any type, radius and angle), tee pieces, 'Y' junction, cross collars, caps and plugs of dia upto 250mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of MS fittiings/specials heavy duty, Specials of any size, radius and length conforming to relevant IS , spigot socketed and flanged pipe such as bends (any type, radius and angle), tee pieces, 'Y' junction, cross collars, caps and plugs of dia 80 mm to 300 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, laying, jointing, welding, testing and commissioning in repairs MS ERW Pipe of size 300mm bore (Heavy duty class 'C') 6 mm thick laid in trenches or on floors for connections to existing over head tank delivery pipe to MS header and both ends of header closed with 6 mm thick MS plate with help of welding to connect out going water main CI/DI pipe line complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) MS Flanges and Flange joints complete with jointing materials shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Quoted rates is deemed to be inclusive of welding.
