Part-A:- Round the clock operation assistance of Ash Evacuation System and Operation of ETP& AWRS of 5x200MW, BTPS, Obra.

Round the clock operation of Ash Water Recirculation System and Effluent Treatment Plant of 5x200MW, BTPS, Obra.

Round the clock minor maintenance, assistance in operation & breaking of clinker in Bottom Ash Hopper upto 8 mtr. furnace of Ash Handling plant, 5x200MW, BTPS, Obra (for all 5 Unit) Note:- If any unit goes under planned / forced shutdown for 30 or more days, one month advance notice shall be given to the firm to with draw their personnel from the unit going under shut down. For such period, the payment against the unit shut down shall not be made

Part-B:- Work of Annual running maintenance of Ash Water Recirculation system and Effluent Treatment Plant of 5x200MW, BTPS, Obra.

Complete Overhauling/ servicing of 132 KW AWRS pump (Make Mather+Platt.) including greasing the parts bearing etc. and repairing changing the defective part if required and repairing of bearing housing/shaft by welding, turning etc. changing the gland packing nut, bolts.

Complete Overhauling/ servicing of 30KW pump including greasing the parts bearing etc. and repairing changing the defective part if required and repairing of bearing housing/shaft by welding, turning etc. changing the gland packing nut, bolts including cost of all material.

Complete overhauling/Servicing of Horizontal centrifugal radially split twin casing slurry pump for AWRS intermediate pump house.

Servicing/Replacement of Gate valve 6”/10”/12”/14”/16”.

Servicing/Replacement of NRV size 6”/10”/12”/14”/16”.

Servicing of chain pulley block.

Replacement of pipe, bends size 10”/12”/14”/16”.

To provide half stiffener on AWRS pipe line

Removal of ash/soil around disposal pipe line which are completely buried (1000M x 02M x 01M) if required for maintenance work of ash pipe line.

Cleaning of choked manholes, septic tank by removing of RCC/MS cover and replacement of the same after completion of the cleaning work, disposal of the undesired material outside the plant boundary including the cost of all labour T&P, material etc.

Chocking man hole.

Cleaning of chocked w.c. seat and disposal of undesired material outside the plant boundary including the cost of all labour material T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Overhauling/servicing of the 400mm valves after opening including greasing and changing the M.S. Spindle with C.I. nut & Bolts. Neoprene rubber packing etc, including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. complete for the proper completion of the work.

Repairing the leakage of 400mm dia MS pipe line by welding etc. including draining the pipe, earth excavation and refilling the same including all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Cleaning of toilets (WC Pan & Wash basin located at AWRS which includes cleaning of sanitary, water supply installation dust cobwebs from the walls and ceiling, sanitary and water supply installation shall be cleaned with suitable cleaning materials.

Earth/Ash work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means from sump well/manhole or drains from 6 meter to 8 meter depth including getting out the excavated soil/ash and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m.

Fabrication of bend 22 ½0, 450 to 900 in round curved shape for smooth flow of ash water from 14”/16” ERW M.S. pipe for AWRS pipe line. Erection & commissioning by coupling or welding the same in the AWRS pipe lines

Servicing/Replacement of Air vent valve of size 3”

Generator charges beyond power house boundary on job (welding work or part of thereof).

Cleaning of choked ERW MS 16” AWRS pipe line near AWRS pump house ‘B’ to main AWRS pump house, at chakari village.

Dismantling/Erection/Commissioning of 16” ERW MS old/new Ash water pipe line by cutting, welding/coupling from AWRS pump house to Ash handling plant BTPS.

Cutting of grass and bushes lying around AWRS Pipe lines of 5x200 MW units.

Desilting and cleaning of walls and floor of two Nos. flocculation tank and its channels.

Desilting and cleaning of Treated Effluent Tank of ETP along with its Walls, floor and connecting channels from Settling tank to Treated Effluent Tank and its holes etc.

Desilting and cleaning of two nos. Rapid Mixing Tank of ETP including scraping of walls, floor.

Desilting and cleaning of the Equalization Tank of ETP.

Desilting and cleaning of the Sludge Tank including scraping of walls and floors.

Desilting and cleaning of the Sump Well of ETP near Jharia Nala/new proposed sump well near switchyard of unit no. 13.

Daily Sweeping and cleaning of the ETP Plant, AWRS pump area and Sump Well area near Jharia Nala which includes entire areas such as pump house, Admin building ground floor, first floor of store and offices, wall of pump house, roads etc. alongwith removal of dust and web.

Attending leakage of 400mm dia M.S. pipe line by welding.In case due to erosion any leakage of water arises from any pipe line, bend etc. patch work must be carried out by welding in such way that leakages must be arrested.

Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly leveling within a lead of 50m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage up to 1 km (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cow dung manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 1 km (Cow dung manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment)

Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods.(100sqm=one job)

Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation.(100sqm=one job)

Fine dressing of the ground(100sqm=one job)

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and / or good earth in required thickness as per direction of Officer-in-charge .

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge..

Supply and planting of following ornamental plants with making pits of size 600mm dia at top and 400mm dia at bottom & 450mm deep including mixing approved quality cow dung and soil including cost of all material labour, T&Petc. Required for proper completion of work

Renovating lawns including weeding, cheeling the grass, forking the ground, top dressing with sludge or manure, mixing the same with forked soil, watering and maintaining the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit form weeds and fit for mowing and disposal of rubbish as directed, including supplying good earth if needed ,but excluding the cost of sludge or manure(the good earth shall be paid for separetely)(100sqm=one job)

Carriage of material by mechanical transport includingloading, unloading and stacking up to 2km.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) up to plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Dry stone pitching 22.5cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete.

Maintenance of any water supply/sanitary problem alonghwith repair of gate valve and discharge pipe of FRP tank for PAC storage at ETP with all T&P

Operation of Pump set of capacity 4000 liters/hour as per direction of Engineer-in-charge the rate included hire, fuel, Operation and lubricating charges etc.

Complete Servicing of Sludge pump.
