SCH 'A' PART XIII (MISC B/R & E/M ITEMS) Note:- Excavation and earthwork to the extent required for execution of relevant item under this schedule unless otherwise specified shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Schedule 'A' Part-II.

Building and Structures: Hazard division symbol boards

Supply and fixing for Hazard division symbol board by using double legged Each informatory sign board fixed on single frame and meeting back to back on the square pipe. Double sided boards are made. The boards are of high intensity Green/blue or as required color grade retro-reflective sheeting of AVERY DENNISOX made out of 2 mm thick Alco bond/aluminium sheet conforming to IS 736 to be covered with high intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting (avery dennison) of Green/Blue or required colour as per user. The whole is fixed to sheet and fixed with suitable adhesive to alco bond/alluminium sheet painted with epoxy paint to standard make, fixed to structural sheet frame work of MS pipe of size 35 x 35mm square pipe with nuts, bolts/rivets ensuring safely against removal of plates. The lettering is computerised cut of high intensity grade white sheetig (Avery Dennison) and mechanically fixed on this board of Green/Blue colour or required colour. Then these two separate boards fixed back to back on single frame are fixed to two vertical posts of 50mm square pipe 2.50 mtr long to be painted in black white alternative bands of 25cm height with synthetic enamel paint complete in all respect. This boards on single frame are fixed throught PCC 1:4:8: including excavation in post hole. The size of board is 1.50m x 1.50m complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply and Fix angle valve of cast copper alloy chromium plated fancy type screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixedd 15mm bore (Concealed) complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Material and labour for road cutting of size 30cm width X 45cm depth for laying of cables incl making good road with necessary returning filling and bituminious portion with concrete and bituminious mixture and cemented portion with PCC in 1:2:4, 15cm thick from top and matching the surfaces with existing complete all as specified and as directed. (location-Near to logestic section)

Supply and fixing for MCCB four pole 63amps, 16KA breaking capacity, 440volt AC module, (in coming) fixing in existing pannel with necessary cutting, welding complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY (FLAME PROOF)

Material and labour for surface mounted flame proof junction box 3 to 4 way 20mm min all as per relevant IS and as specified complete for the flameproof sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with single core PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable of specified size multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked drawn through through heavy duty ISI marked surface mounted ERW stove enamelled, steel conduit suitable for flame proof wiring, not less than 20mm dia with and including flame proof bends and elbows, couplers, bell mouth reducer, junction box all as per relevant IS complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for LED 60W Flame proof midbay light fitting properly earthed suitable for hazardous locations of zone 1 and 2, Ex 'd' with relevant IS and IP65 protection complete with all mounting attachements complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for single phase flame proof whether proof Ceiling fan in cast aluminium LM6 EA of size upto 48" suitable for hazardous locations of zone 1 and 2, Ex 'd' with relevant IS and IP65 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for single phase flame proof wall mounted fan, of size 18", 1440 RPM EA including fixing as per standard complete suitable for hazardous locations of zone with relevant IS and IP65 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for weather proof, flame proof distribution board approved by CMRI EA Dhanbad of cast aluminium alloy LM-6 MCB type TPN-4 way with 40Amps TPN rotory switch as incommer and MCB SP C Series 10 KA 6-32 Amps-4 nos as outgoing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for weather proof, flame proof distribution board approved by CMRI EA Dhanbad of cast aluminium alloy LM-6 MCB type TPN-4 way with 40Amps TPN rotory switch as incommer and MCB SP C Series 10 KA 6-32 Amps-4 nos as outgoing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for weather proof flame proof rotary 3phase ON/OFF switch MCB type E including TPN 4way 32A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for weather proof, flame proof distribution board approved by CMRI Dhanbad of cast aluminium alloy LM-6 MCB type SPN -8 way with 32Amps SPN as incoming-01 Nos with rotory switch as incommer and MCB SP C Series 10 KA 6-32 Amps-6 nos with rotory switch as outgoing complete all as specified and as dircted.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Supply and fix RCC Hume pipe septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water including excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation,vent shaft complete all as specified and as directed.

LIGHTINING PROTECTION

Supply and fixing factory made type PVC junction box IP65 of size 200mm X 160mm X 98mm having shutter and lifting knob with provision of earthing strip entry glands complete all as specified and as directed. and fixed the box on wall/poles with suitable size of nut, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed. by Engineer-in-Charge (Cat part no K9250 of make Hensel or Equivalant in Sintex) complete all as specified andd as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches/fixed to walls PVC super quality pipe 40mm class 3 grade for protection of earth strip complete fixing with suitable clamps at 0.5M span complete all as specified and as directed.. Note: Rates for flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc are deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Supply and fixing for stay assembly for angle iron/pole of lightening conductor comprising of 7/3.15mm galvanised mild steel stranded stay wire of required length fixed to angle iron/pole with and including flat iron clamp of 50x6mm size, bolts nuts, washer stay rod of 16mm dia, 2.15m long, stay bow, with nuts bolts, washers, galvanised steel plate 230x230x6mm and 2no thimble, including necessary PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded stone aggregrate) for foundation complete all as specified and as directed.. Material and labour for earth continuity copper strip 25x4mm with suitable porcelain insulator connected to earthing test point or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten/porcelain/epoxy insulators or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc connected upto test terminal point etc including fixing with saddles and screws for fixing porcelain/epoxy insulators/conduit/pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

FLAMEPROOF EOT CRANE
