Attending complaints of no water / leakage of water by removing float valve , water meter, stop cock etc of GI tubing of size 15 mm to 20 mm bore upto 0.3 mtr length including all fittings like elbow, socket, Tee, Nipple, bend, union etc and making new threads as required at site including excavation,return refilling and removing soil & earth work etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 1.00 but of size 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 1.00 but of size 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 1.00 but of size 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Attending leakage complaints of sluice valve 80 mm to 200 mm bore by opening /removing gland plate and taking out water from water pit , providing gland packings and refitting including replacing worn out bolts,nuts,washers as required complete all as specified and directed.

Attending leakage complaints of CI/DI pipe lines 80 to 200 mm bore using lead wool and rope and cocking of joints and fixing MS Clamp on pipe in situ complete. Note for Ser item No (1 to 8) (i) Dewatering of accumulated water using engine driven pump set etc is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Excavation and earth work required shall be included in quoted rate. (iii) Complaints of urgent nature will be attended round the clock including Sunday & holiday to restore the water supply (iv) Complaints given to contractor shall be rectified within 24 hrs (v) Contractor will arrange all the T&P/Diesel pumps for dewatering where ever required.

Supply and fixing (in replacement of old u/s pipe) galvanised iron pipe, medium grade, ISI marked, 15mm bore with all fittings, Tee, Socket, Union, flange and Socket etc laid in trenches/ wall/ floor/ open complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 9.00 but of size 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 9.00 but of size 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 9.00 but of size 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L (in replacement of burning lead joint) for Run lead joint for CI/DI spigot and socket pipes and fitting of 80mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 24 but of size 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix (in replacement) Gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe 15 mm bore fixed in repair/replacement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in for flanged joint with rubber or fibre board gasket of CI/GI pipe, sluice valve, non return valve etc of 80mm bore fixed in repair/replacement complete all as specified and directed. (Nut, bolt and washer if required included in quoted rate and Flange will be measured and paid seperately)

All as per item No 34 but of size 100mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Sluice valves class P N 1.6 cast iron body with forged steel spindle, non rising type, with cast iron wheel head, both end flanged, ISI marked, 200 mm bore including neoprene rubber gasket, nuts, bolts, washers, etc fixed in repairs/replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5mt in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5mrt wide and not exceeding 1.5mt in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5mt in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in mud complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50mt and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mt above the starting point complete. Excavation & earth work, if required shall be measured & paid separately and new pipe shall be laid into same trenches without change in alignment except prior approval obtained from GE in writting. complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of sluice valve operating rod made of GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore, upto 4 mtr long as required duly fixed on sluice valve at one end with nut, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing MS clamp of any size including drilling holes complete all as specified and directed. ( Note:- Nut ,bolts, washer etc will be included in quoted rate)

Demolition and M&L construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 750 mm X 750mm X 750 mm (internal dimensions of chamber) depth to be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation to top of MS cover with MS sheet cover 3mm thick including frame of angle iron 40 X 40 X 6 mm with locking arrangement and lifting handle including painting two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc including brick work in one brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (internally on all brick wall and external upto 15cm below ground level) and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in, disposal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr 15 cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in PCC foundation projected by 15cm all round from the outer face of brick wall PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in coping complete all as specified

Material and labour for mild steel items made out of MS flat like MS Sheet, angle iron,hinged, locking arrangement clamps ,bolts and nuts including deforming in perticular shape etc and connected items including painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for internal cleaning of RCC overhead tanks of 1 lakh Gln cap (Collumn supported Type ) and location at 60 ft staging by scraping, brushing the internal surface of wall and bottom floor, cleaning, removing the complete accumulated silt sludge ( incl removing and depositing where directed not exc 50 m away from O/H tanks) and washing internal surface of tank incl bottom with water, applying one coat of lime wash(internally) complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of underground sump/ Raw water tank of cap 1.0 LG by taking out silt, mud and vegetables growth etc in shape of sludge including residual water and disposal of the same n.exc 50 mtr away, scrapping of internal surface of walls, floor with wire brush,broom,jute,applying one coat of lime wash internally complete all as specified and directed. (At EBS and BHOJRAJ)

All as per item 55 but of 0.25 lakh gallons capacity complete all as specified and directed

All as per item 55 but 6m deep 3 Mtr dia complete all as specified and directed (at EBS)

Cleaning of Raw water tank of cap 17.5 LG by taking out silt, mud and vegetables growth etc in shape of sludge including residual water and disposal of the same n.exc 50 mtr away, scrapping of internal surface of walls, floor with wire brush,broom,jute and fillup the developing holes by applying fine sand and cement applying one coat of lime wash internally complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting down under growth, grass, small trees upto 30cm girth and scrubbing up roots, filling hole and leveling of ground topping and stacking of serviceable material and removal of unserviceable material at a distance not . exc 50 mtrs away from the installation premises complete all as specified and directed. Note:-During contract period, it can be done any time whenever required on site.
