Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of VRF System of Air Cooled type and comprises of inverter controlled scroll compressor, condenser fan motor with variable speed controllers, fan, heat exchanger, accumulator, electronic expansion valve, which can work on part load suitable to operate at heat load proportional to indoor requirement. In order to avoid short cycling of hot air, the outdoor unit fan should have an external static pressure of 80 Pa or more, top discharge for easy discharge of hot air. The ODU deliver COP of minimum 6.9 at 50% load at ARI Condition. The outdoor units suitable for up to 200m refrigerant piping between outdoor unit & the farthest indoor units. Allowable level difference between outdoor units & Indoor Units shall be 110 m on both cases of Outdoor unit at top and bottom. Allowable level difference between various indoor units connected to one outdoor unit shall be up to 40m. The outdoor units shall be suitable to operate in an ambient temperature range of -5 Deg C to 53 Deg C in cooling mode & -20 Deg C to 18 Deg C in heating mode. The unit is sized to deliver following rated capacities minimum including de-rated capacity due to ambient temperature of 39 Deg C DB. The entire operation of outdoor units shall be through independent remotes of indoor units. No separate start / stop function shall be required. Inverter compressor of the unit shall start first & at minimum frequency, to reduce the inrush current during starting. Complete refrigerant circuit, oil balancing / equalizing circuit shall be factory assembled & tested. Units above 16 HP shall be with multiple compressor. The VRF Outdoor unit is capable to do load control operation based on Temperature and Relative Humidity Sensors installed inside conditioned space and shall have an oil level sensor in the compressor to provide direct oil level sensing data to the main controller for efficient operation. The Outdoor Unit fan control have a function setting to remove excess dust automatically by rotating the Fan reversely to blow off the dust. The Outdoor Unit Heat Exchanger aluminum fins shall have Hydrophilic coating and additional factory applied corrosion resistant complex Epoxy Coating designed to perform in corrosive environments.
