Material and labour for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in shelves, kitchen platforms etc all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brick or concrete surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering to bottom and sides of sunken floors in CM (1:3), 10mm thick surface finished even and smooth using extra cement with water proofing liquid complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fix 40mm bore HDPE pipe as in spout pipes in sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying Nitoproof 600 PF or equivalent approved product, minimum 0.8 mm dft over a priming coat on horizontal and vertical surfaces all as manufactures instruction as in sunken slab surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE:- After the application of above treatment Contractor has to fill the sunken slab surface with water and check for dampness and seepage. In case there is a slightest indication of seepage/leakage is noticed, the same shall be rectified by injection grouting to seal all cracks or application of polymer modified mortar FOSROC Nitrobond SBR of equivalent approved product admixed with the integral WPC or cementitious crystaline waterproofing compound in the affected area to seal all cracks and micro cracks if any and additional coat of Nitoproof 600 PF. This shall be done by contractor at his own cost only abd rate is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the Contractor.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons including granite slab in kitchen platform Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and 20 mm thick cement screed base laid in mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm grade crushed stone aggregate as in levelling coarse in flooring finished even and fair under floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for double charged Vitrified Ceramic Colour tiles 9 to 10 mm thick light shade(Square / Rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15mm thick in 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

All as per serial item No. 24 above but in skirting over cement mortar backing plaster in CM (1:3) of 10mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7mm thick of size 600mmX600mm in floor set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match with coloured tiles over and including cement screed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15mm thick in 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 26 above but in skirting over cement mortar backing plaster in CM (1:3) of 10mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7mm thick of size 300mmX300mm in floor set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match with coloured tiles over and including15mm thick cement screed bed or bedding layer of cm (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 350x250 x 7 mm / 450x300x7 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles over and including 10mm thick cement mortar in (1:3) as backing coat complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick, PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying HS TPO membrane of 1.2mm thick over the layer of 200gsm Geo textile with overlap joints of 75mm in both logitudinal and transverse direction of the TPO and sealed properly with hot air welding and terminate TPO at the top of parapet wall with termination strip and fix it by screw at 300mm c/c and sealed with HS Jointseal PU on top including surface preparation like removeall loose gravels, dirt, oil, greese and other foreign particles by jet or dry air and clean the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application and PCC/ cementitious coving of 75mm radius shall be provided at all junction between vertical and horizontal faces before application of TPO completely as per specification and direction.
