Demolition of PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks made up of (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), masonry exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick/stone/ concrete walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., and removal of debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of external walls of any description and applying two coats of weather proof antifungal (exterior grade) acrylic emulsion over a coat of primer from the same manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls/ concrete surfaces of any description and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of weather proof antifungal (exterior grade) acrylic emulsion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old concrete/ plastered surfaces of walls of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of first quality over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls by complete removal of existing treatment by scraping, washing, cleaning etc., and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, exposed surfaces of concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 60 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:1½:3) type A1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls including footings and the like, any thickness, above top of footings, including attached pilasters and buttressescomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete (1:1½:3) type A1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs of manholes, drains and culverts, and setting in cement mortar (1:4) including form work complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Reinforcement meaured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc., vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided forcomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as gates, grills, railings, gratings, etc., ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc., including taking down old damaged steel work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, risers of steps, skirting, dado etc., laid bedded and pointed in any mortar mortarcomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand (river sand) filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, glossy finished, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade, made of grey cement and pigments, any pattern, laid in floors, laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glossy finished chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, made of grey cement and pigments, machine pressed as in flooring, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick granite work (of any type and shade as approved) table rubbed and polished as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin counters and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over and including 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) bedding and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and mirror polishing, rounding (chamfering) the edges complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work as in frame work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of first quality over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore using broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.
