Dismantling brick masonry in lime or cement mortar and Lowering the debris of dismantled brickwork, from the transfer tower to ground floor by any means without causing dust nuisance and damages to structure, stacking the same as directed including cleaning the site etc. complete.

Removing cement concrete by breaking using chisel-hammer or electric breaker, including stacking the spoils as directed with all leads, lifts etc, complete.

Removing shahabad stone treads with bed mortar including stacking the materials as directed with all leads, lifts etc. complete

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and disposing same to factory scrap yard. Payment shall be made as per the RCF weighbridge challan and after proper disposal only.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete in proportion 1:1.5:3 using 20/40 mm nominal size graded coarse aggregate, machine/ manually mixed & compacted including cost of centering and shuttering & curing etc. complete.

Providing and fixing cold rolled steel hollow door frame 105mm x 60mm for anysizes includinghold fast hinges, tiememberswith red oxideand graypaint etc. complete as per I.S.I. specifications and code of practice prescribed including anticorrosive treatment as directed by the engineer.

Providing and fixing 0.7mm thick plain aluminium sheet on the face of door shutter including cutting to required size and fixing with the stainless steel nut-bolt/ self tapping screws etc. complete as directed

Providing cement plaster 20mm thick in a single coat using Ready to use wall plaster, in cement mortar 1:3, to concrete, brick/AAC block surfaces in all positions including scaffolding and curing.

Providing 25 mm to 30 mm thick rough polished black kadappa stone slab of approved quality including giving required size and shape etc. Fixing in 1:3 cement mortar, curing etc. complete

Providing and fabricating and fixing at site hot dip galavanised structural steel work in rolled sections like joists, channels, angles, tees etc. as per detailed design and drawings or as directed including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting, fixing in position making riveted / bolted/welded connections without connecting plates, braces etc. complete

Providing and fixing Wedge Anchor of size M8 x 85 (stud anchor of carbon steel with zinc plating and externally threaded) of Hilti Make or equivalent confirming to IS 1367 (Part 3) at required locations and level including drilling the hole, cleaning with blow pump and anchoring the bolt as per manufacturers specifications etc. complete as directed .

Supply of materials not covered in above items (but required in due course of work) and brought from direct market as instructed by RCF Ltd. Payment will be made against invoice having GST number of supplier and contractor.

Supply of welder with consumables on 'per day' basis (min. 8hrs ) for misc. works not covered in above items.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved dumping ground inside factory premises or as directed beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including all lifts involved.
