1. Manual SPT Equipment Mobilisation including shifting from Borehole to Borehole as per IS 2131(1961) - 03 Nos 2. Boring/Pitting 150mm dia/trial pit upto 10m required depth as per details given below :- 18 Rm (a) Collection of disturbed/undisturbed samples, their complete requisite laboratory analysis as per IS codes incl. (b)Cohesion & angles for internal friction, Atterburg Limits (c) Wet and Dry density (d) Sieve analysis (e) Standard Penetration Test as per IS -2131 Code (f) Submission of Soil Investigation Report in quintuplicate with photographs and videos. Calculation (i) Dhobi Ghat incl drying and Ironing Room (467.97 sqm) = 1x6m =6m (ii) Station JCOs Mess (491.75 Sqm) = 1x06m= 6m (iii) Artificer workshop incl Barber shop (91.20Sqm) = 1x06m= 6m Total= 18 Rm

NOTE: (a) RL of the Ground Level/founding Level with ref a BM should be invariably mentioned in Soil Investigation Report (b) Recommended SBC should be given for: 1. All Bore Holes 2. Minimum at 3 depths viz 1.5m, 2.0m and 2.5m 3. SBC should be worked out for following sizes of footings: (aa) 1.5x1.5m (ab) 1.5x2.5m (ac) 2.0x2.5m (ad) 2.0x3.0m (ae) 2.0x3.0m ( c) Swelling Index and Swelling Pressure inrespect of Black Cotton Soil and its depth/layer (d) Recommendation for filling under floors (e) Depth of GWT in peak monsoon and peak summer after corelation of result with seasonal variation of water table in the station. 2.
