Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per Cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F. M35 grade with 380 kg of cement per Cu.m. of concrete up to plinth level

Providing and fixing powder coating aluminium (Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS: 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required (fittings, Glazing and paneling shall be paid for separately) NOTE : 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mitered Joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Note: 1) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements. 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road. Supplying and fixing in position of heavy quality Cast Iron manhole frame and cover, steps etc of specified weight for the inspection chamber, valve chamber etc. all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing plastering in cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick at all elevations with 2% of water proofing compound or as per manufacturers specification, ‘Impermo’ or approved equivalent make including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, all as per specifications.
Providing and fixing Heavy Quality 'C' Class G.I pipe sleeves 100mm n/b, 450mm long, with Puddle Flange of 200x200mm, 6mm thick for rain water down takes (of 110mm dia) to be embedded in RCC slabs/ RCC roof Gutters to connect Rain water pipes by welding or with screwed sockets all as per the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. These sleeves to be fabricated and embedded at the time of concreting in true vertical.
