Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI baesd plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for water proofing treatment with the following specifications including taking down existing roof treatment of any description and cleaning with water and scrubbing and disposing off the rubbish outside the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per manufacturers instructions:- (i) Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compouund @ 3% by weitht of cement as leveling course (ii) Apply a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.3 ltr per sqm. (iii) Laying APP membrane (STP Aquashield or equivalent) weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) with 100mm over laps both longitudinally and transversally and overlaps shall be sealed by torch, membrane shall be taken to the parapet through fillet and shall be tucked in inside after a height of 300 mm. (iv) Apply one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm over the membrane. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling of wall & celling boards (fiber pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness, including cover fillets all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for false ceiling with aluminium grid work (size of grid 605x605mm) with 35x25x1.5mm main tee and 25x25x1.4mm, cross tee and wall angle Hangers 6mm dia. G.I (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I flat 40x3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair for Eco board 605 X 605 X 4mm thick fixed in aluminium frame work with screws or nails etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs, mud stops or chamfered on edges all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F coloured joint free non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set, jointed and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
