Reinforced cement concrete work in vertical and horizontal fins individually or forming box louvers, facias and eaves boards up to floor five level including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1½:3 (1 cement:1½ coarse sand :3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in arches, archribs, domes, vaults shells, folded plate and roofs having slope more than 15° upto floor five level level including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement with:

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Laying and fitting of G.I. pipes (all classes) complete excluding cost of pipes, fittings and Earth work.

Provision for purchasing and fixing of pipe specials such as tees, bends, nipples, uion etc including Gate Valve beyound requirment of niminal laying and fitting, if and wherever required for turns, connections etc. (quantiity and amount to be paid as per execution and against proper receipts on LMR)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. Layer not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead up to 50m & lift up to 1.5m.

Carriages of pipe from Divisional Store by Mechanical Transport upto actual site of work including loading, unloading and stacking complete for an average lead of 15 Km.
