The Pandal with special type of tent, Aluminium Structure, Ceiling, Hanger erection and dismantling (including appropriate aluminium sliding gate for the main hanger) Area : 100 feet x 270 feet (including the stage area, and green rooms) Ceiling height: 16 feet. (minimum) (No. of gate as per schematic diagram) (as per Annexure 1)

4 feet high stage measuring overall 100 feet x 40 feet supported on iron / aluminium structure crossed braced on the bottom side and railing all around as necessary:Including providing and fixing of 12' high partition panels for 2 nos Green Rooms (as per Annexure 1) on both sides of the stage.There shall be 4 (four) elevated platforms of 6 inch height, 4 feet width and 50 feet long at the back side of the stage. ( as per Annexure 1)

Supply on hire basis, installation, testing, operation of Diesel Operated Sound Less Generator set as 62.5 KVA for AC and Lighting System including spare for A.C.Operation

Decoration the entire stretch from 1st Gate to Guest House, Guest House to Netaji Bhavan and Surrounding of Vivekananda Garden with LED chain light.

Decoration of Main Building front side (Lenght 600 ft x height 50ft) and Science and technology Building front side(Lenght 235 ft x height 100 ft) with LED chain light (gap between the chain 600 mm maximum)

Supply on Hire basis of LED Video Wall with Video processor 2 nos ,4k/HD camera 1 no, for live display 1 pc laptop for name display .All Display must be capable of displaying same of diffrent outputs as required with high resolution.

Supply, installation,testing and commossioning on hire basis of Stage Monitor ( LED TV) of size 40 inch size , with mixer, processor as per requirment.

Supply, installation,testing and commossioning on hire basis of LED TV of size 60 inch size , with mixer, processor as per requirment for the Audience at the back side of the Pandal.

Consumption of Diesel oil (payment will be made on actual consumption).
