RWHS special repair Work

Cleaning of consealed rainwater collecting horizontal pipe lines of PVC 110 mm to 160mm diameter of roof top rainwater collecting network including removal of the mud/dust/dirt/rubbish/loose material including the disposal of same within 50 meters of lead.

Cleaning of inspection chambers of size 450 mm x 450 mm, intermediate chambers of size 600 mm x 600 mm and collection chambers of size 800mm x 900 mm including removal of mud/dust/dirt/rubbish from these chambers including disposal of same within 50 meters of lead.

Removal & stacking of old filtration material such as coarse sand and pea gravel including stacking both the material separately above washable plateform and Cleaning the mud/dust/dirt/rubbish from filtration cum water storage chambers of size 2.00 meter to 2.50 meter diameter and 1.50 meter to 2.00 meter depth of each under ground chambers including moping with cloth/washing with fresh water the chambers. Proper care shall be taken by covering the recharging filter of bore well during moping/washing of chambers to ristrict the entry of dirty water through recharging filter of bore well.

Cleaning, screening & washing of available pea gravel with fresh water and filling back the washed & cleaned pea gravel in filtration cum water collection chambers of size 2.00 meter to 2.50 meter diameter and 1.50 meter to 2.00 meter depth of each under ground chambers.

Removal & stacking of old filtration material such as coarse sand and pea gravel including stacking both the material separately on washable platform and Cleaning the mud/dust/dirt/rubbish from filtration chambers of size 1.5 meter to 3.00 meter length x 1.00 meter width x 1.00 meter depth including moping with cloth/washing with fresh water the chambers.

Cleaning, screening & washing of available pea gravel with fresh water and filling back the washed & cleaned pea gravel in filtration chambers.

Cleaning of water storage cum recharging chambers by removal of mud/dust/dirt/rubbish from water storage chambers of size 3.00 meter to 6.00 meter length x 1.50 mter to 3.00 meter width x 2.00 meter depth under ground including moping the surfaces with cloth/washing with fresh water the chambers. Proper care shall be taken by covering the recharging filter of bore well during moping/washing of chambers to restrict the entry of dirty water through recharging filter of bore well.

Servicing of old and used butterfly valves of 110mm and 160 mm size by cleaning, washing and oiling and minor repairing if required.

Providing and fixing a clamp with glass fibre mesh on the 110 mm dia PVC over flow pipes.

Cleaning /development of recharging bore well of 110 mm dia and 35 meter deep by high discharge submersible pump by 8.0 to 12.0 hours running each including erection, dismantling and transportation of machinery up to site to & fro, T&P, labour charges etc. all complete. Cost of this item includs replacement of old fibre mesh and nylone cord for fixing around the slotted pipes of bore well and a layer between gravel & coarse sand in collection chamber. Water and electric supply for the work shall be provided by the department free of cost.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling coarse sand of size range 1.5 mm to 2 mm in recharge pit, in required thickness over gravel layer, for all leads & lifts, all complete to maintain a layer of 600 mm thick of coarse sand of approved quality in filtration cum water collection chambers over a layer of fiber mesh of approved quality above pea gravel to protect the mixing of both the material of filtration process as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling gravels of size range 5 mm to 10 mm, in the recharge pit, over the existing layer of boulders, in required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sum. over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sum).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50metres lead : With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Cement primer.

Providing and applying white cement based Birla/JK wall putty of average thickness 1 mm over plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade one or more coats on old work.
