Laying of paver block in flanks of Road 11,12 and 13 and14 and Construction of chath ghat near road 11 in ward no 31 under MC Adityapur

Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not excluding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled material up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately . Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil ( vide classification of soil item A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance of 50m including all lifts, levelling, ramming the foundation trenches, removing roots of the tree, shrubs all cpmplete as per approved design, building specifications and directions of E/l …..do….do….. specification and direction of E/I. Disposal of excavated earth in borrow area of lead 1km(k) +2km(p) [ add 50% for extra loose volume]

Providing course clean sand in filling in foundation tranches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layer not exceeding 150 mm thick with all leads and lifts including cost of all materials, labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building a specification and direction of E/I.[BCD SOR-5.1.10]

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) [BCD SOR - 5.3.1.1]

Providing designation 75B one brick on flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royality all complete as per buinidng specifiacation and direction of E/I.[BCD SOR-5.6.3]

Providing designation 75 B brick work with c.m (1:6) in foundation ......... do ........ do ...........E/I. [5.2.6]

Plastering of 12 mm thickness with c.m [1:6] ......... do ........ do ...........E/I. [5.7.3]

providind and laying 6mm precast white glazed tiles in walls over 12mm cement mortar 1:3 and …do…do..E/l [5.6.23.1]

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade made by block making machine with strong vibration compaction, of approved size, design and shape, laid in required colour and pattern over bed as per relevant IRC Code, filling the joints with fine sand etc., all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge SOR(4.23B)
