MAINENANCE OF 34 NO BRT BUS STATIONS, MITRASAMAJ BRT TERMINAL, BRT STOP AT CBT, NBS (NEW BUS STATION) DHARWAD INCLUDING FOOT OVER BRIDGES AND RAMP AREA.

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.24.50 Lakhs (Updated to 2025-26 price level)in civil works

satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work of value not less than Rs.19.60 Lakhs(Updated to 2025-26 price level

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed Available Tender Capacity- AxNx2.5 - B

The tenderer shall demonstrate the availability of liquid assets and/or of credit facilities of not less than Rs.7.5 Lakhs (Unconditional Credit lines/letters of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc is to be furnished in this regard).

Bidder should be Class-II and above holding valid license from KPWD/CPWD/Municipal Corporation of Karnataka State.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer shall upload the turnover certificate issued by a registered Chartered Accountant stating the turnovers of last five years period i.e.2021-22, 2022-23,2023-24,2024-25 & 2025-26
