Installation of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) type Air Conditioning system and Air Curtains in Multipurpose Hall.

Amount

(A) Supply & Installation of VRF Air Conditioning System:

Supply of Top Discharge type Variable Refrigerant flow system Outdoor Unit having 4 Nos. 24 HP Inverter Controlled Scroll Compressors suitable for operation with R-410a refrigerant comprising of All Inverter driven air cooled condenser along with protective coated fins, propeller type fan with BLDC motor, electronic expansion valve, micro processor panel, refrigerant cooled PCB and other required accessories. The system shall be capable for operating at temperature range from 15 to 52 deg C (Cooling Mode) ambient conditions and power source of 3 Phase, 380 - 415 Volt, 50 Hz for non-stop cooling.

Supply of factory assembled 20.0 Tr Ductable VRF (AHU Type) Indoor Unit with Multi speed fan motor, DX Cooling Coil, Solenoid valve / Electronic Expansion Valve & other standard accessories.

Supply of 'Y'- Shape Multi-kit / Refnet Joints with matching moduler foam insulation etc.

Supply of cord / cord less VRF Group Remote Controller with multy network converter.

Supply of AHU Kit.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 18 / 20 gauge copper interconnection Refrigerant Pipe line in between each indoor unit & outdoor unit complete with required fittings, bend reducer, socket etc. along with insulation to the entire refrigerant pipe line by 19 mm thick closed cell elastomatic nitrile tubular rubber with necessary clamps, cable tie etc.

Supply of 2.5 mm thick rigid CPVC / UPVC header pipes, necessary fittings, supporting arrangement, 6/8 mm thick tublur elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation, Braded flexible elastomeric nitrile rubber insulated pipes (from indoor unit drain nipple to rigid CPVC / UPVC drain header pipe) and Installation of floor wise Condensate Drain Pipe line & insulating the pipe line etc.

Supply of 2 Core X 1.5 Sq.mm copper flexible cable, PVC conduit (for looping between VRF indoor units to main Central remote controller device of VRF outdoor unit) and Laying & wiring of control cum transmission cabling work with supply of suitable Clamp, socket, etc .

(i) Supply & Installation of factory made 24 Gauge powder coated spiral GSS round Duct along with supply of angles frames, supports, cleat joints, gaskets, bolts & nuts etc.

(ii) Supply & Installation of factory made 22 Gauge powder coated spiral GSS round Duct along with supply of angles frames, supports, cleat joints, gaskets, bolts & nuts etc.

(iii) Supply & Installation of factory made 20 Gauge powder coated spiral GSS round Duct along with supply of angles frames, supports, cleat joints, gaskets, bolts & nuts etc.

(iv) Supply & Installation of factory made 20 Gauge powder coated spiral GSS rectangular Duct along with supply of angles frames, supports, cleat joints, gaskets, bolts & nuts etc.

Supply of 13 mm thick Nitrile PVC tape type thermal insulation and Installation of the insulation material to the full duct.

Supply of 13 mm thick accoustic acco nitrile insulation and Installation of the acoustic Insulation inside the duct.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Aluminium power coated Jet Nozzle with collar damper as per scope of work.

Supply & connection of canvass materials.

Lifting, Shifting, Installation and Commissioning of 4 Nos. Variable Refrigerant Flow Modular type Air Conditioning Outdoor Units including necessary anti-vibration mounts, necessary refrigerant & electrical cabling work, nitrogen flushing etc as required.

Lifting, Shifting, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of factory assembled One way Cassette, Ceiling Concealed & Ducted type VRF indoor unit including fixing of necessary anti-vibration mounts, hanger/ supports, double layer canvas connector (for Ducted Units) refrigerant & electrical cabling connection, communication cable address setting, nitrogen flushing and civil work etc.

Installation of 'Y'- Shape Multi-kit / Refnet Joints with matching moduler foam insulation etc.

Installation, testing and commissioning of cord type / cord less VRF Group Remote Controller with multy network converter.

Installation, testing and commissioning of AHU Kit.

Testing & Commissioning of VRF Air Conditioning units including charging of environmental friendly R410A / 407C gas as per site requirements after system leak test & 24 hours nitrogen pressure hold & necessary electric connection etc as required in all respect.

(B) Supply & Installation of Air Curtain :

Supply and installation of 7 feet long dual speed Aluminium body Air Curtain having Stainless Steel (Grade 304) Chassis, fitted with 4 Motors & 7 Blowers suitable for door hieght upto 10 feet.

Supply and installation of 6 feet long dual speed Aluminium body Air Curtain having Stainless Steel (Grade 304) Chassis, fitted with 3 Motors & 6 Blowers suitable for door hieght upto 10 feet.

Supply and installation of 4 feet long dual speed Aluminium body Air Curtain having Stainless Steel (Grade 304) Chassis, fitted with 2 Motors & 4 Blowers suitable for door hieght upto 10 feet.

Supply and installation of 3 feet long dual speed Aluminium body Air Curtain having Stainless Steel (Grade 304) Chassis, fitted with 2 Motors & 3 Blowers suitable for door hieght upto 10 feet.
