Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing with water, etc. complete all as specified, and removing rubbish off the premises.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction and finished the surface even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement ) ,complete all as specified. ( water proofing compoud to be measured and paid separately.
