Deep drilling, development and stabilization of tubewell upto 150 mtrs BGL, including completion of tubewell by way of sealing and providing gravel feed pipes to prevent contamination by surface water flow into the tube well, by Direct Rotary Method on EPC MODE at Tawi Golf Course Sidhra
Clearing of site by way of bush cutting, making approach road, shifting of machinery and allied material, preparation of site, proper leveling for installation of machinery.
Drilling of gravel packed bore hole of 530mm diameter in all types of strata to suite geological requirements and conditions. The work excludes cost of blind pipe and strainer upto the depth of 150 mtr (to be charged as per actual) i) From 0 to 150 mts BGL
Providing and lowering of liner assembly 300mm dia. after welding upto the desired length as per design approved by the competent authority.
Providing of pea shaped gravel as per IS-4097 of 1967 with latest amendments for gravel packing of tubewell shrouding during lowering of liner assembly and development of tubewell. (To be charged as per actual)
Development of tubewell by air compressor of adequate capacity to give clear water free from sand and other impurities.
Stabilization and yield testing of tubewell by using Submersible Pump Set as per IS-Code-Part I 2800 of 1991 & IS-2800 Part II of 1979 reaffirmed 1999 with upto date amendments.
Fabrication providing / fitting of steel supporting structure for clamping of tubewell housing using 2 No. parallel ISMB-250 of 5 mtr length each and M.S. angle 40x40x6mm and M.S. plate 10mm thick with 2 Nos cement concrete blocks of size 1.00mtr x 1.00mtr x 1.00 mtr 1 No. each of both ends. Note: The job includes well capping after yield test in presence of the representative of the department.
Cost of slotting 300mm dia. (to be charged as per actual)
