Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Executive Officer, Palace Board, Mysore reserves the right to Accept or Reject the tender without giving any reasons.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder shall have to upload Firm Registration certificate, GST Registration Certificate.

The bidder shall have to upload the IT Returns Statement fo0r the last Three (3) Financial Years.

Similar Nature of Work Experience Certificate in Last 3 years (Executed at Karnataka State Archeology & Museums Department or at Mysuru Palace Board, Mysuru or at Central Archeology Department only)

The amount quoted by the tenderer should be Exclusive of GST & 18% GST shall be given by MPB on Contract Price.
