Labour for boring through any type of soil for sinking tube well of required dia. with top enlargement by rig boring system (either by reserve circulation or by direct rotary method) including hire charges and labour for rig machine, tools and plants, staging, force pumping set and making arrangement for water required for boring etc. complete and lowering of pipes, strainers, blind pipes etc. complete. (b) For depth upto 250 metre for 100 mm dia. Tube well with top enlargement of 200 mm dia.(upto 50 metre). (i) First 50 metre

2. Supplying, fibre glass reinforced Epoxy resin slotted of 1 mm slot width in 6.1m length of approved make and as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge (a) 100 mm nominal dia (i) 6.0 mm wall thickness

3. Supplying, fitting and fixing heavy type bell mouth reducing socket. (iii) 100 mm X 150 mm

4. Supplying M.S. male / female adopter of approved make and brand for coupling of M.S. pipe and fibre glass strainers, as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge. (i) 100 mm

5. Supplying, fitting and fixing 300 mm M.S. housing clamp of approved quality.

6. Providing 200 mm centre guide. i) With Clamp

7.(A) Sypply of E.R.W.M.S.(Electrical Resistant Welded M.S.) black pipe of of TATA make (heavy quality) as per standard specification, 5 mm thick. (i) 100 mm dia. (internal)

8. Packing annular space between the outside of the housing pipe and the bore with puddled clay balls of approved size as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge with cost of all materials and labour complete.

9. Packing the annular space between the outside of the tube well pipes & strainers and the bore with pea size washed gravel of approved quality having size from 2 mm to 5 mm or the size approved by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials labour and equipment complete.

10. Washing and developing tube well with air compressor pump and engine for 8 (eight) hours continuous pumping per day with necessary arrangements for testing the yield in gallons per hour with 'V' notch including hire and labour charges for all tools and plants and scaffolding as required.

11. Labour for making arrangement for showing verticality test including the cost for hire charges of tools and plants, scafolding, labour etc. all complete.

12. Collecting sample of water for bacteriological and chemical test from any depth at any time during execution of work including hire and labour charges for tools and plants and sterilising the equipments, paying all charges and fees, testing etc. complete in all respect as per direction.

Supplying, fitting and fixing GI cap at top ii) 100 mm

14. Supplying, fitting and fixing CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) pipes of approved make conforming to IS-15778: 2007 . with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. (A) For Exposed Work. (i) CPVC Pipes Class-1, SDR-11 (ii) 32 mm dia. pipe.

15. Supply & fixing & installation on CC muffing of feeder piller (2'x2.5'x1') box febricated by 14SWG MS sheet with angle for main switch starter as stated below with hinged door and locking arrangment as per direction of EIC a) 230/250V,15A,SPN SFU with re-wireable fuse(L&T) b) 230V,1.5HP, DOL Starter with A&V meter (L&T) c) Dener board-1set.

16. supply & saying 1.1KV rgade 2x10 sqmm PVC/A AI cable in UG treanch as to GS with 1x6SWG GI wire.

Supply & fixig of compressive type cable glad as to GS for 2x10 PVC /A Cable.

Finishing the cable end by crimping method as to GS.

19. Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. Lomg and 1x4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. Lomh), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Nts. Long) to be filled with betumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By ISI-Medium GI pipe.

20. Supply, Installation, tesing & lowering of 2 HP water filled submersible pump motor set complete having suitable discharge as per yeld of well. Submerisble cable of 30mtr 3 core 2.5 sqmm that cable (Finolex) with MOC ber chart (Crompon make Pump) and necessary control panel and starter as per manufacturar specifications.( Rate arrived after quatation which is enclosed)

Providing & fixing Sign Board as per IRC specification of size 1200 x 900 x 37 mm. thick made with RCC 1:1½:3 with pakur variety stone chips reinforced with double layer IRC febric (75 x 75 mm. mesh) and fixed with necessary nuts & bolts on two RC precast posts 100 mm. x 150 mm. of height 2.65 m. of which top 750 mm. is of section 100 x 13 mm. and 1.90 metre above GL & 0.75 metre below GL including digging hole, repacking the same with cement concrete 1:3:6 with jhama khoa or with local stone chips etc. complete including painting two coats on both faces lettering sign marks etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (The rate is inclusive of cost of reinforcement, concrete, shuttering, nuts & bolts, washer etc. complete.)
