M&L 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in 15 mm thick backing coat cement mortar (1 : 4) including pointing ,mouldging the edges in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite

Water proofing of Sunken Slabs in following steps:- (i) The substrate to be rendered sound, free from debris by removing all weak layers and cleaned thoroughly with water. Pipe penetration through the RCC slab must be sealed using Berger HS Repair or equivalent, around the perimeter of the pipe. (ii) Intersection of base slab with wall must be provided with a 50 mm fillet using Berger HS Latex plus or equivalent modified mortar with a bonding coat of Berger HS Latex plus or equivalent modified cement slurry. (iii) Any surface defects, such cracks, surface honey combing depressions, etc., to be repaired as under :- (a) Any surface cracks shall be chased open into a ‘V’ groove, and filled with Berger HS Crackfill or equivalent paste – a ready to use flexible paste. (b) All depressions, unevenness, surface honeycombing to be repaired using Berger HS Latex plus or equivalent modified polymer mortar with a bonding coat of Berger HS latex plus or equivalent modified cement slurry. (iv) On the prepared concrete substrate, apply a primer coat of Berger HS Latex plus or equivalent modified cement slurry with Berger Latex plus (or equivalent) : Water at a ratio of 1:4 and required quantity of cement, after pre-wetting the substrate. (v) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahead of Berger Latex shield 2K or equivalent application. Whilst the surface is still damp from saturation (S.S.D), apply two coats of Berger Latex shield 2K or equivalent modified waterproofing coating on the entire area over the cement sand screed. Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 hrs of application of previous coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat. The waterproofing coating should be taken to a height of minimum 600 mm above the finished floor level on the vertical surface. (vi) Apply Glass fiber whilst the first coat is wet and then apply second coat. Note 1 : It is essential to cure Beger HS Latex Sheild 2K or equivalent immediately after application (minimum 6-8 hrs drying ) for a minimum of 3 to 5 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimise cracking Note 2 :- Ponding test to be carried out for 48 hrs by the contractor without any extra cost.

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) Type E2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling and mass concrete complete all as directed and is specified

M&L for cutting/drilling hole in Brick wall/RCC beam by mechanical mean exc 300mm deep in slab of WC/ Bath including supply & fixing 40mm dia 450mm long GI Spouts pipe all as directed by Engr in Charge

Complete removal of existing roof treatment of any description viz. tar felt or membrane surface or roof tiles etc. including grubbing up of tree roots and removing all the debris to a distance n.exc 100m and preparation of concrete surfaces by scrubbing down with steel brushes and cleaning with water to remove all loose dirt / dust etc and applying the following roof treatment complete all as directed:- (a) Applying Ist course of 15 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4 over concrete surface. (b) Applying 2nd course of bituminious primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 lit/sqm over the screed bed. (c) Applying 3rd course of a coat of binding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature of 180 degree celcius and applied @ 1.2 kg/sqm. (d) Applying 4th course of APP (Atactic polypropylene) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap by forced / torch application as per manufactures instructions. (e) Applying 5th course of a coat of bonding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature of 180 degree celcius and applied @ 1.2 kg/sqm over APP membrane, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates ) in any thickness as in padding on roof slab for levelling the surface of roof slab finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Rotational moulded polyethylene water tank (cylindrical vertical closed top) hoisted and fixed in position capacity of tank 500 ltrs and S&F 20 mm bore PTMT Ball valve high pressure with epoxy coated aluminum rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe including dismantling of existing water tank of any description .

S&F Gun-metal globe or gate valves with iron handle quarter turn type, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions of 20mm dia bore and fixed in repairs, complete all as specified.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in CM 1:6

Material & Labour for RCC chajja/fascia/parapet repair by using following steps :- (a) Removal of existing concrete along with loose damaged and cracked concrete/cover concrete from chajjas etc, exposing corroded steel reinforcements upto a depth of 10mm minimum behind the reinforcement by chipping/hacking with chisel and hammer or by mechanical means like chisel hammer, pneumatic chippers including high pressure water jetting to chipped concrete and reinforcement all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Hard concrete shall not be removed. However if the rebar is corroded, concrete around it shall be removed. (b) Cleaning the surface of reinforcement bars from dust by using wire brushes and dry cloth and applying FOSROC Rebakleens RR- Rust Remover or equivalent using small brush and allow to react it for 16-24 hrs. (c) Providing and applying two coats of Fosroc Nitozinc Primer - two component, zinc rich epoxy, anti-corrosive protective coating or equivalent by brushes to the exposed and cleaned rebars with an interval of 45minutes to 1 hour @ 40microns DFT / coat and allowed to completely dry for 24 hours all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(d) Cleaning the concrete surface thoroughly once again using wire brush and applying one liberal coat of Fosroc Nitobond EP- two component Epoxy bonding agent or equivalent to the parent concrete with brush. (e) Providing and applying 50 mm thick Renderoc SP 40 - or equivalent Polymer modified single component, alkaline resistant fibre reinforced, thixotropic, cementitious patch repair mortar after mixing of Renderoc SP 40 or equivalent with recommended qty. of water using slow speed drill fitted with mixing paddle and then applying the same to prepared surface and finishing the same with trowel carefully compacting the same around the rebars and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Item rate is inclusive of all materials, labour, tools and plants, scaffolding and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing 80 mm/ 100mm /150 mm GI pipe and inserting GI Tee of size 100mm x 100mm x 50mm for tapping including necessary earth work and making flange for connection of new 50 mm of GI pipe including all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, n. exc1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 sq m on plan and n. exc1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note : All excavation for taking out and re-laying of cables shall be carried out mannualy and to be paid under this relevent item.

Note: The schedule of credit has been attached in tender in Pdf format and amount of credit schedule i.e. Rs 5,01,136.50 shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
