Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level : Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:5.9.5 Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :4.1.4 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

CEMENT PLASTER (IN COARSE SAND) 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Supply of Cast Iron Benches with arm Rest having 3 seater seating capacity of size approximately 1620 x 620 x 740 mm weight approx. 858 kg (+-5%) grated with MS Iron rectangonal pipe of size 7 cm x 3cm x2mm thick 10 nos. Horizontal post painting with required colour and placing them as per the instructions of site incharge

Providing, supplying, fabricating, transporting and installing Portable Prefabricated Toilet Block of size 20'-0" (L) × 8'-0" (W) × 8'-0" (H), comprising of MS structural frame, PUF/insulated sandwich panel wall and roof, waterproof flooring, toilet doors, ventilators, sanitary fixtures, CP fittings, water supply and drainage piping, electrical wiring, light/fan points, necessary hardware, fittings and accessories, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of 120wt cool white LED light/lamp in existing electrical boxes at site, including dismantling/removal of defective existing lamps, fitting and fixing of new LED lights of approved make and suitable wattage, making proper electrical connections, testing and commissioning for satisfactory operation. Any minor repair/rectification of existing electrical connections inside the box shall be carried out as required. Complete work as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
