All in all comprehensive maintenance of Variable refrigerant volume (VRV) air conditioning system including indoor units , out door units , cordless control , refrigerant piping , control cables , remote control , drain piping , consumables , LT panel etc. complete in all respect as per OEM's guidelines to meet out the maximum efficiency of the machine after defect laibility period.

Providing & Fixing of 240/415 V AC MCB with positive isolation of 10 kA breaking capacity (B/ C/D tripping characteristic as per type of load and site requirement) 4 KV impulse withstand voltage, ISI marked IS 8828(1996) / conforming to IEC 60898-1 2002, IEC 60947-2, low watt losses, trip free mechanisum , energy limiting of class 3 as per IEC, minimum phase termination capacity of 35sq.mm. , conductor line load reversibility , IP 20 contact protection and fitted in existing distribution board/sheets, minimum electrical operation 20,000 upto 20 A rating and 10,000 upto 63 A, 5000 for 80 A & above rating including making connections, testing etc. as required. OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab type test reports & All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. For Annealed copper tube :- Tensile strength = 210 Mpa wih elongation % = 40 Min . Ink Mark Brand Printing on Hard Tubes should be present. Piping between each set of indoor & outdoor units of different sizes as per OEM requirement & specifications including class 'O' Nitrile rubber sleeves, chase cutting, supports, making good the same with sand cement plaster etc. as required. Providing & Fixing of IS : 4985 - 2000 Class -4 (10 Kgf / Sqcm) UPVC drain water piping with fittings (IS:7834 & 10Kgf/sqcm) like elbow, socket, Tee, solvent cement jointing, support with MS hanger on ceiling or recessed in wall with chasing & plastering with 6 mm thick closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation including leakage testing etc. as required of following Nominal sizes. Replacement of defective compressor by company repaired compressor as per OEM recommendations of following gadgets including testing etc. as required. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor.

P & Replacement of condensing/ cooling coil of copper fins for following capacity A.C./ Water cooler/ Fridge as required. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor.

P & Replacement of overload protection of A.C./ Water cooler as required. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor.

P & Replacement of thermostat of A.C./ Water cooler/fridge as required. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor.

P & Replacement of starting relay of A.C/water cooler/fridge compressor as required. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor.

P & Replacement of fan motor of evaporator/ condensor complete as required. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor.
