Material and labour for polythene film, 50 micron thick, laid on a coat of bitumen primer, @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per sqm complete all as specified.

Material and labour for providing 10 mm thick (average) rendering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with IWPC as per manufacture's instruction for levelling to a true surface and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: IWPC will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for PCC 1:5:10, type E2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in filling of sunken floor and finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 7 mm thick joint free premium quality glazed ceramic colour tiles of size 350 mm x 250 mm/ 450 mm x 350 mm as in skirting / dado set and jointed and pointed in white or colour cement to match existing surfaces including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified. Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified including taking down old cement plaster.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers (10 mm +5 mm) on external faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement with using approved LWPC on second layer (5 mm) as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified including taking down old cement plaster.
