Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing tack coat, 20 mm thick pre-mix carpet and seal coat type B specification Clause 1904.2,503 and 508.1.including all leads and lifts or as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specificationincluding all leads and lifts or as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30 mm with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plaint producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hours using crushed aggregates of specified grading primixed with bitminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydroslatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No.509 including carriage of Material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge
