Providing , installation and commissioning of first aid hose reel with MS construction spray , painted in post office red (swinging type hose reel drum) conforming tp IS 884 with up to date amendmentscomplete with 30mtr long and 20 mm nominal internal dia heavy duty water hose thermoplastic (teitlie reinforced ) TYPE II , 20mm dia globe valve stop cock terminating with GM coupling and nozzle of 6mm outlet with shut off valve complete as required.

Supply ,installation ,testing and commissioning of :gun metal ISI marked odique pattern hydrant landing valve with 80mm dia flanged inlet an 63mm diainstsntaneous type female outlet complete with gun metal cap and G.I chain twist release type plug and all accessories as per IS S290 1983 (taype ‘A’).

Providing fixing of 63mm dia , 15mtr long non-percolating flexible hose (RRL type A) as per IS:636 Type A with gun metal male and female instantaneous type coupling (IS : 903).

Providing and fixing 63mm dia stainless steel branch pipe with stainless steel with 20mm (nominal internal dia ) size stainless steel nozzle with standard inlet instantaneous lack type 63mm dia coupling branch pipe and nozzle

Providing and fixing fibre glass reinforced fire hose cabinet (30”x24”x10”) out door type ,made out of sheet having glazed door with6mm thick clear glass including necessary locking arrangement with allen key, powder coating with post office red paint and for hoseing 2 nos. RRL Hose pipe 1 no branch pipe including grounding and suitable incripting the words “hose cabinet”on the box complete as required .

Providing stainless steel collecting head with 63mm dia instantaneous type ilet +150mm dia flanged outlet with incheck valve for fire brigade connection to UG Tank +wet riser IS: 904 specification test for 20kg/mm2 including necessary support in all respect .

Providing cast iron/steel butterfly valve confirming to type P.N 1.6 of I.S 13095.1991 complete with flanges bolts ,nuts ,gaskets etc. As per table “E” specification complete in all respect hydraulically test to k./sqm,.

Providing fixing testing and commissioning of MS air cushion tank on top of each riser fabricated from 6mm thick MS plate ,250mm in diameter and 1.2mm in height with dished ends fabricated from 8mm thick MS plate with air valve with stop cock ,flanged inlet connection and drain arrangement with 25mm dia valve pressure gauge with stainless steel stop cock complete with all accessories required.

Supplying , installation, testing and commissioning of electric driven main fire pump sustainable for automatic operation and consisting of following complete in all respect required

Horizontal type centrifugal ,split casing pump of cast iron body and bronze impeller with stainless steel shat,mechanicalsealand farthest outlet at specified flow of 2280 LPMand 70 meters head conforming to IS: 1520 (the pump should be capable of delivering 150% rated discharged at ahead not less than 65% oftherated head).

Kirloskar make pump model DB100/26 in back pull out design (end suction type) having 125mm suction 100 mm delivery .75HP SQ cage induction motor TEFC synchronous speed 2900 RPM suitable for operation on 415 volts , 3 phase 50 Hz AC with IP 55 protection for enclosure ,horizontal foot mounted type with class “F” insulation conforming to IS-325

MS fabricated common base plate ,coupling , coupling guard , foundation bolts etc as required

Supply installation testing and commissioning jokey pump with 15 HP SQ cage induction motor TEFC , synchronous sprrd 2900 RPM ,suitable for operation of on 415 volts volts , 3 phase 50 Hz AC with IP 55 protection for enclosure ,horizontal foot mounted type with class “F” insulation conforming to IS-325 for 180 LPM and 70 meters head conforming to IS: 1520 bronze impeller SSansmechanicalsael MS fabricated common base plate , coupling ,coupling guard ,CC foundation etcas required.

Fabricating supplying testind and commissioning of cubical construction floor mounted type ,fabricating from 2mm thick CRCA sheet campartmentalisedwithhinged lockable door dust and vermin proof ,power coated with approved after 7 tank treatment process cable alley ,inter connection having switchgear and accessories mounting and internal wiring earth terminal numbering etc. complete in all respect suitable for operation on 415 V 3 phase 50Hz AC supply with enclosure protection class IP 42 as required

Providing and fixing of is marked (IS:15683) portable fire extinguishers carbondioxide type flat base including valve ,discharge hose of not less than 10mm dia 1M long and complete in all respects including initial fill with CO2 gas confirming to IS: 15222 filled to a filling ratio of not more than 0.667 and wall suspension bracket (ISI MARKED)
