Material and labour for point wiring (Concealed type) with PVC insulated 1100 volts grade unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductors 2.5 sqmm (nominal area) for phase, neutral and 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuty conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit (medium grade) of adequate size with fittings and accessories as required at site including suitable size of modular GI boxes of thickness not less than 0.8 mm thick with suitable size of modular inner and outer cover combine plate and accessories complete for fixing of modular switches, sockets, regulator etc and earth continuty conductor shall be connected to common earth and earth dolly for 3/5 pin 16 amps socket point on independent board complete all as specified as directed. Note :(i) Cost of cutting of wall for housing of modular GI box, conduit and making good the disturbed surfaces are deemed to be included in unit rate. (ii) Cost of modular GI box of suitable module and suitable outer & inner combined cover plate shall be deemed to be included in the qouted rate. (iii) Cost of cutting chases in masonry / concrete surfaces for housing / concealing conduit and conduit fittings shall be measured and paid separately
