Demolition of Brick work built in cement mortor of any description including removal of the debris to a lead exceeding 1.5 KM.

Earth work excavation in hard/ dense soil in trenches width and depth not exceeding 1.50m and getting out.

Dismantling posts or struts Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc.(wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embeded in concrete, masonsry or brick mortar including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground as directed by EIC

Material and Labour for Bush Cutting ,Cutting/Trimming of trees branches falling on the existing /proposed Fencing area complete as directed by the EIC and handed over to Y&E Wood Scrap Godown.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.,

M&L for Excavating in post holes hard/dense (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,

Surface Excavation soft /loose soil not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out as directed by EIC.

M&L for sand filling under foundations,flooring,etc,including watering and consolidation.

M & L for P.C.C 1:4:8, D2 type using 40mm graded aggregated Cement concrete in foundations,filling and mass concrete in foundation.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation ,filling and mass concrete typeB1 1:2:4 using 20mm aggregate.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate(nominal mix) in Foundations, including rafts,footings, foundation beams;plinth beams; bases for columns,etc.;basement slabs under-reamed piles and columns.

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 mix 20mm graded aggregate in pre-cast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts struts etc., for fencing, average sectional area exceeding 100 sq cm and not exceeding 250 sq.cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitered tops as directed and fixed.

Material and labour for flat Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams,columns and similar work; vertical and the finishing shall be of smooth and fair finish.

S&F of mild steel reinforcement deformed or twisted bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Supply and fixing of Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

Material and labour for painting steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or grith with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparing new steel surfaces .

Material and labour for chain link fencing made of 8 gauge G.I. Wire with 3” aperture and height as directed.

Supply and fixing of galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed wih 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc., as directed (each line wire to be measured).

M & L for white washing two coats on new concrete surfaces including preparation of new surfaces.

M & L for Brick work in CM 1:6 using sub class 'B' Bricks.

M&L for Plastering with 1:4,15mm thick on faces of new brick work and concrete surfaces.

Returning / refilling of soil / loose including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm.

Removal of excavated soils exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500mm and depositing where directed.
