Supply of materials , Providing and erection of copper plate earthing arrangement by digging the pit with copper plate size 600x600x3mm thick copper plate earth electrode as per IS: 3043/1987 (Latest version), to achieve earth resistance less than one ohm, including construction of 02 masonry enclosure with RCC cover on top, watering pipe, connections from earth plate to top with 40x5 mm copper strip in 50 mm dia GI pipe class "B", provision of earth plate . Earth value will be taken by the contractor in the presence of Railway representative and written on the earth pit by the contractor. Earthing terminal connected to neutral terminal of transformer to be also connected in system. The whole work shall be executed as per direction of Engineer in charge at site.

Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type Panel board comprising of following items and made of MS angle, channel by MS sheet of not less 04 than 18 SWG duly welded and painted by 2 coats of primer, two coats of finishing paint (spray paint) Doco/Nerolac brand of approved colour both in interior and exterior as per direction of EIC at site - i) 100A,4P, 18KA, Ics = 100% Icu, conforms to IEC 60947-2 MCCB - 1 nos, ii) 63A, MCB TPN - 2 nos, iii) 40A, MCB DP - 1 nos & iv) 200A 4P copper bus bar - 1 set.
Supply. Installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor MS cubical type floor mounted double door LT panel board of suitable size and suitable for 415 V, 50 Hz AC supply made out of CRCA sheet not less than 14 SWG. The panel shall be totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, neoprene gasket of thickness not less than 2 mm shall be used between all adjacent units and 05 beneath all covers so that the joints are effectively dust vermin proof. The busbar chamber shall have three phase & neutral copper busbar of same ratings. The drawing of panel board should be approved by the competent authority before fabrication and commissioning. The panel shall be painted with two coats of primer & two coats of exterior coating by spray painting and shall consists of the following: (i) 200A, 4P, change over switch - 1 Nos. (ii) 125A, 4P, 36kA, Ics=100%Icu, Adjustable over load Setting & Short circuit setting, MCCB - 1 Nos. (vi) LED Indicator R/Y/B - 3 Nos.(vii) Fabrication of Panel board with 14SWG CRCA sheet including CC foundation and 300A TPN Copper busbar, cable alley, C C Foundation etc and all accessories - 1 job.

Supply and erection of earthing by made of B class GI pipe of 3000 mm length, 50 mm diameter & 3.6 mm thickness.The GI Strip should be welded with the earth pipe. The pipe is provided with a tapered casing at the lower end in order to facilitate the driving. A funnel with perforated plate to be provided at the top of the pipe for pouring water during dry season to have an effective earth value.The connecting conductor from earth electrode to the distribution panel board 21 should not be thinner than 8 SWG GI wire to carry the fault current. The earth fill shall be of homogeneous layer of common earth soil. Where soil restivity is high, earth restivity enhancing material may be used, Bentonite or similar earth enhancing material may be used in rocky soil. Earth box to be precasted RCC and The values of earth resistance measured should be painted on the Earth pit cover/lid along with the date of measurement. As per Drg. No. DRG NO:PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/1 dated 30.09.2024 & as per Technical circular no. EL/PS/2024/1 (EARTHING SYSTEM).
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 25 watt street light fittings complete including all accessories as per direction of EIC at site . Lumens out put should be of 100 22 Lumens/watt, LED should be as per LM-80/IS: 16105. LED driver's efficiency should be minimum 90%, Power factor of complete fitting should be greater than 0.90, Input operating voltage: 140V to 277V AC and driver should be as per IEC: 62384/IS:16104. The LED fittings should be warranted for 5 years.

Supply and drawing of Aluminum Armoured LT cable size 50 Sqmm 4 core as per direction of EIC at site. (for connecting Main feeder panel to Distribution Feeder panels).
Excavation of cable trench 0.75 mtrs. below the GL with laying of armored cable and refilling the same by supply of 70mm sand and soil after digging the earth. The laying of armoured cable should be done as per direction of Engineer at site.
B-Changing Room
Supply and surface wiring of light/FL point by PVC insulated & un-sheathed FRLSH 01 multi strand copper single core 1.5 sq.mm cable through PVC casing & caping including ceiling rose. Cable connection to be done through 6 A flush type controlling switch installed in suitable size PVC board & connected by Cu flexible wire from ceiling rose to fittings as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply and surface wiring of ceiling fan point by PVC insulated & un-sheathed FRLSH 02 multi strand copper single core 1.5 sq.mm cable through PVC casing & caping including ceiling rose. Cable connection to be done through 6 A flush type controlling switch including 5 point electronic regulator installed in suitable size PVC board with earth continuity by 1.0 sq.mm multistrand copper cable & connected by Cu flexible wire from ceiling rose to fan as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply and surface wiring of exhaust fan point by PVC insulated & un-sheathed 03 FRLSH multi strand copper single core 1.5 sq.mm cable through PVC casing caping including ceiling rose. Cable connection to be done through 6A flush type controlling switch including suitable size PVC board with earth continuity by 1.0 sq.mm multistrand copper cable & connected by Cu flexible wire from ceiling rose to fan as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply of of 1200mm sweep, BEE star rated - 5 star rated capacitor type ISI marking ceiling fan with 450mm down rod, canopy and all accessories as per direction of EIC at site.
Fixing and commissioning of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep with suitable size GI pipe, MS hook, clamp, nut & bolts arrangements as required as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply, testing and fixing of 300 mm sweep exhaust fan complete by cutting wall, masonary work as required and fixing by suitable nuts and bolts arrangement as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply and surface wiring of 6A 5 pin plug point by PVC insulated & un-sheathed 07 FRLSH multi strand copper single core 2.5 sq.mm cable through PVC casing & caping, with earth continuity by single core 1.0 sq mm copper cable including suitable size PVC board. Cable connection to be done through 6 A flush type controlling switch , socket installed in PVC board hylum sheet on top and as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply and surface wiring of 16 A, 6-pin Plug point by PVC insulated and un-sheathed 08 FRLS multi stranded copper cable, single core 4.0 sq.mm with earth continuity by 1.0 sq.mm multistand copper cable through PVC casing & caping including suitable size PVC board. Cable connection to be done through 16 A flush type controlling switch, 16A socket installed in board and as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply & wiring of earth continuity through the circuit of Main line/ Submain line by 1.0 sq mm PVC insulated & unsheathed, single core,multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable through PVC Casing capinge as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply & wiring of Submain line by PVC insulated & unsheathed, single core, multi 10 stranded FRLS copper conductor cable 2.5 sq.mm through PVC Casing caping with modular switch as required. Earth continuity by 1.0 sq mm copper wire through the circuit as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply & wiring of Main line/ Submain line by PVC insulated & unsheathed, single core, multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable 4.0 sq.mm through PVC casing caping with modular switch as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply & wiring of Main line line by PVC insulated & unsheathed, single core, multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable 6.0 sq.mm through consealed PVC heavy gayge pipe with modular switch as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply & fixing of PVC casing caping 25x12mm size by surface of wall for drawing of main/submain line as required of EIC at site.
Fixing of water cooler with gril protection, making of floor, water connection and electrical connection for storage capacity of 120 ltrs and cooling capacity 80 ltr/hr drinking water cooler , operating on single phase AC 230 volt, 50 Hz. (Water cooler will be supplied by Railway)
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of SPN distribution board 8 way double door metal SPN DB consisting 40A, MCB DP - 1 no, 20A, MCB DP - 2 nos, 6A, MCB SP - 2 nos with enclosure and necessary fixing arrangements as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply, testing & commissioning of 25A, 2 pole, 30mA, 10kA RCCB as per direction of EIC at site.
