Design, fabricate, supply, testing and commisioning of CPRI approved factory made LT Panel Board double door, out door type fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet steel for outer body and 2.00mm thick CRCA Sheet for inner partition walls, independent cabinate with cabinate doors for MCCBs, Bus Bars, cable trays, metering equipment, vertical type floor mounted on angle iron frame of ISA 45x45x5mm with minimum height of legs 45 cm, minimum IP-54 protection, comprising of solid aluminium bus bar 4 strips suitable of 400 Amps,suitably grouted to PCC complete with internal wiring, epoxy powder coated, connections of cable ends with suitable size of aluminium cable lugs with the following accessories. Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of 120 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of 50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of 35 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Precast concrete cable cover class LV Type 1, flat, size 250mm 150mm x 40mm , ISI marked across the cable for protection of cable after sand cushioning complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete including form work for poles all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for steel tubing galvanised, light grade complete with fittings laid in trenches/ fixed along with poles etc as protection to cables of size 80 mm dia bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr depth for pole / cable / foundation etc including getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, approved earth including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 Cm thick after cable are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.
