M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:4 , surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement using water proofing compound in top layers as per manufacturer's direction complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - WPC shall be measured and paid saparately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound confirming to IS complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Unframed timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section and in any position, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Asbestos Cement (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 200 x 6 or 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick of light shade (square/rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shades of tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:4 complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Chequered cement concrete rubber moulded PU finish tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set jointed and pointed in with grey cement and pigment laid over floor and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and including 20 mm thick screed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutter from the frame), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down shutters of any description not exc. 1 sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Factory made solid wire gauzed pvc door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S.tubes for top & bottom rails.M.S.frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelam PVC "C" channel having a prelam PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and prelam PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panells will be wire gaused in lieu of single side prelam PVC sheet panel. The wire gause shall be wrapped on an additional square 8 mm MS solid tube and this tube shall be welded to MS tubes. The wire gause shall be stretched to tighten firmly. And jointed to gether with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 30 mm thick Second class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut mitred beads for securing glass etc. for windows and ventilators etc complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. .frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail,; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F aluminium frame for doors, partition with shutter (double/single leaf) with one or more rebates using aluminium section of approved make including joining cleat for fixing, handles, glazing/panelling boards etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note- Floor spring/door spring closer, glazing and panelling shall be measured and paid separatly
