M&L for cleaning and sterilization of inside surface of RCC/ Steel Underground/semi underground/Over head/ Sedmentation/ clear water sumps of capacity UG sump reservoir 12,00,000 ltrs capacity using seven stage water tank sterilization as under :- (a). First Stage : Drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b). Second stage : Cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical (Test certificate of TERBAC-65/INOXI-60/NB -69 from Govt laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted before sterilization) and scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c). Third strage : Fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d). Fourth stage: First bacteria screening is sterilization by using TERBAC-G5/ Inohor-5/NB-10 brannded halogen compound (Test certificate of TERBAC-65 Inohor -51 /NB10 from Govt laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted before sterilization). (e). Fifth stage: Cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) . Sixth stage :Second bacteria screening and sterilizing by using ultra violet ray ejector covering 360 degree within the tank for killing all suspended bacteria. 2.00 Each Job 150000.00 1.02 (g) Seventh stage : Cleaning and third bacteria screening to sterilize the floor of the water tank using TERBAC G-65 (Test certificate of TERBAC-65 from Govt laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted before sterilization) complete all as specified & durected. NOTE :- The quoted rate is deemed to include for the following :- (i) All cleaning staff shall wear safety helmets, gumboots, safety belts when entering the tanks. (ii) Safety beltsshall be invariabily worn during climbing of stage mounted tanks & getting down in UG sump. (iii) Safety googels shall be worn during spraying of TERBAC-65 & G-65 1.03
