Dismantling RCC 1:4:8 or 1:5:10 mix

Compacting original ground below Embankment: Loosening, leveling and compacting original ground below embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction as per technical clause 305 of MORT&H specifications

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking Paving blocks of M35 grade manufactured by block making machine equipped with steel mould clamped to a strong vibratory table with hydraulic pressure for compaction of concrete as per IRC SP 63 -2014 and of approved size and design / shape laid in Ordinary Grey Colour and pattern over and including 40 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in charge

Providing and laying factory made rubber moulded smooth finish cement concrete Kerb M-20 grade 250mm high with bottom width 165mm and top width 115mm made over strong vibratory table and fixing with cement mortar 1:2 as per MORT&H specifications

Cement concrete 1:8:16 with stone ballast 40mm gauge in foundation

Scarifying the existing Bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters
