Excavating in post holes(or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard and dense soil all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh or etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 and E-165 all as speicified and directed.

Supply and fix 10 mm dia mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square exc 10 cm long and n exc 15 cm long

Supply and fix 16 mm dia mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square exc 5cm long and n exc 10 cm long

M & L for round bars for 10mm dia and over cut to lengths, bent to shape required including cranking, bending etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type ietc. Including proivision of binding wire all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. Including proivision of binding wire

M & L for painting steel and iron work of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide (Zinc chrome) primer

Material and labour for preparation and painting on new steel/ iron surfaces of any description by priming with red oxide and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint , nexc 10 cm in width of girth when unconnected with other painting or when paintin in a different tint

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point

Excavation in trenches not exc1.5m wide and not exc1.5m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil

Plain cemen concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations,filling and mass concrete

Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar1:4 on brickwork or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement .

Preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer

Returning,fillingin,including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding1.5m above the starting point all as directed

Reinforced cement concrete (designmix) M-25 in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation, beams, plinth beams, bases for colunms, etc.

Reinforced cement concrete (designmix) M-25 as in columns.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered and unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement basepaint over a coat of alkali resistant primer

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns,raft and raft beams sides and soffits (ifany) of foundation and plinthbeams and similarwork, vertical or to batter with rough finished surfaces of concrete

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary use and waste of form work.

Use and waste formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts,piers,columns complete with fair finished surfaces as specified and directed

S & F wall mounted Retractable awnings polyster sheets of PVC fabric tautening double heavy-duty springs in arms with Corrosion-resistant Sand-cast aluminum lateral arms and front bar with Simple manual open/close operations via hand crank. and Corrosion resistant wall installation brackets. to provide shade and protection from UV rays, resistant to solar fading and mildew as in canopy/ chajja, fixed with self tapping screws and joints/Gaps of wall junctions to be sealed with necessary silicon sealent all as specified and directed Note : Colour of sheet as specified to match existing buildings nearby.

M & L Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats , Bolts, rivets or other connecting plates of Fe 410 Gde E-250

Drilling holes for bolts, pipes, etc. not exc 60mm dia on concrete/ block masonry surfaces on floors/ ceilings/ walls

M & L Forming holes, n exc. 50 cu cm for anchoring, balusters, railings, newels, rag-bolts, etc. and grouting with cement mortar 1:2 mixed with necessary anchor chemical after supports, balusters/ railings, etc. are fixed

S & F 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification and drawing

S & F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain/Wood grain printed PVC sheet of any colour inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing mentioned as per SSR Part -II all as specified and directed by the Engr in charge.

S & F powder coated Aluminium Extruded double rail type Bed Head Panels (of length upto 5 feet) with 6 inbuilt switches with mutiple sockets of 3nos- 5Amp and 3 nos- 15Amp and Nurse calling switches and buzzer, 3 Din gas Integrated outlets, including electric supply connection, Moniter tray with holder, SS Basket and IV hanging pole with holder, with necessary bolts & clamps for fixing panel all as specified Note : Design, colour and layout of panel may customize and approved as per user requirement at time of execution.

S & F Wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FR is PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed as required in PVC conduit In 2x6.0 sq. mm + 1x6.0 sq. mm earth wire.
