M&L for LED Bulb 9 Watt for Lamp holder complete all as specified & directed.

S&F of LED 6500K Building Security light fitting, 20 Watt, 230 V, AC, outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in mutliple optics with IP 65/66 protection for long lasting performance complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of LED light fitting 1x10 Watt, 220V, AC, decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete.complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XIV)

M&L for construction of 10 users Septic Tank (brick construction) including excavation in soft/loose soil in foundation in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) brick masonry in CM 1:4 RCC (M-30 design Mix) slab including cast iron manhole cover having 6mm embeded plate embeded all around with angle iron frame vent shaft etc. complete all as specified, directed and shown on drawing.

M&L for construction of soakage well of 1.8m internal dia and 3.00m deep below inlet level including foundation in PCC (1:3:6), necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, well of honey combed and solid in M-30 concrete, SWG inlet pipe junction 150mm bore, intercepting chamber, screen chamber brick work CM (1:6), RCC cover slab in M-30 filling with brick bats of guage 40 to 60mm, including all other relevent works, removal of surplus soul from site complete all as specified, directed and shown on drawing.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XV)

Supply & Fixing of LED Street Light Fitting 72 Watt 230 V AC Outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing of Security Light Bracket made of GI tubing 40mm dia light grade 1.2 mtr long bend to shape suitable for LED street light fitting as mentioned above fixed to pole with the help of flat iron clamp of size 40 x 6 mm (02 Nos.) with the help of nuts and bots for fixing of street light fitting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, installation, connecting electrically, fixing and testing of Street Light junction box made of size 155x210x92 mm, pole mounted made up of thermo plastic polycarbonate sheet 2mm thick with IP 66/67 weather proof protection for outdoor installation (with knockouts of cable entry) with terminals and locking screw fitted with 3 phase 4 wire with neutral copper Bus Bar, 415 Volts, 50 Hz and 6A MCB SP 'C' Curve type, suitable for cables off sizes and fixing on steel tubular pole at height not less than 1.5m above ground level with the help of clamps two Nos. of MS Fl 20 x 3mm and suitable nuts and bolts, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for three single core PVC insulated sheathed stranded copper conductor flexible cable drawn into street pole of size 1.5 sqmm for connection or security/street light fitting from junction box complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x6 mm thick buried directly in gound (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth lead 4mm dia by means of bolt, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and galvanised earth strip 32x6mm protected by provn of GI medium grade pipe 40mm bore upto 7.5mtr including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) with 50mm thick cover of precast RCC M-25 (Design Mix) reinforced with XPM (Weight not less than 3kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mmx25mmx3mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of Bronze/Gun metal with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and excavation/earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR -2009 Part -I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (a) The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil. (b) The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to include the cost of charcoal and salt in alternate layers; earth lead, earth strip and GI medium grade protection pipe and GI medium grade watering pipe. (c) The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to include the cost of funnel, wire mesh, lugs, PCC, RCC, XPM, frame work and including provisions of testing of test point, connecting to test point and all the tests on completion. (d) Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.

Supply, installation and commissioning of CCTV Survelience Set with the following items to be included in quoted rate, complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Water proof IP65 rated, IP based cameras each with 2 MP CMOS image sensor and 1080 x 1920 resolution and pwerful 25 x optical and 16 x digital zoom WDR (120 dB), 3D-DNR, Day/night (ICR), ROI, Defog, AWB, BLC, HLC, 360 degree angles pan rotation with IR range of 100m - 10 Nos. (b) HDVR (XVR type) capable of auto recording and smart features with minimum 16 channels, compatible with the cameras and other connected accessories - 01 Each. (c) Necessary cables for connection and for usage in other power transmission purposes (power and data in same cable) - 14 quantity (100m roll). (d) All required connectors and video balloons - 01 Lot. (e) Suitable SMPS and stabilizer - 01 Each. (f) Hard Disk of capacity of 1 TB - 01 Each. (g) LCD HD CCTV monitor 43 inch as display - 01 Each. NOTE :- Software to be used as per E-in-C's Policy only. Chinese items/ software are strictly to be prohibited.

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged poles, ISI marked, with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtr long) and erecting in trully vertical position including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and internally through out plus embedded portion with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer with and including marking of pole number with black paint in yellow circle, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Excavation and PCC sahll be measured and paid separately.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made and tested (prototype having been CRPI type test certified) Outdoor LT Panel, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 hz, AC suply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars of 100 Amps rating as specified, installed on polymer insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x6mm thick angle iron frame work, externally and internaly powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front / rear opening type, with approns for cable entry, with two layers of sheet metal cover (should have one set of doors on inside and one set of doors outside). It sahll be capable of withstanding snow and rain at installation site with maintenance proof design, with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys, having one chamber with door for each MCCB, having two empty chambers for future use, inernal wiring 2.5 sqmm with PVC insulkated, solid copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size including the provision of space to accommodate the under mentioned items complete all as specified and directed:-

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XVI)

Material and labour for cutting existing CI/GI pipe line of size 25 to 40mm bore dia and threading of existing pipe with die set complete and fitting of GI Tee for suitable size / length / insertion of tees for new GI pipe connections complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cost of fittings and accessories shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.

SECURITY WALL WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XVII)

Supply and fixing of punched tape Concertina Coil (including spike and handle) with 56 loops and dia 600mm, max covered length 8.0 RM and weight not less than 8.00 Kg (approx) each coil, spreading length not more than 8.0 RM in position.The punched tape and copper wire (2.5 + 0.35mm dia) shall be heavy galvanized (IS-1730) (Wire-275GSM & strip-200 GSM) to provided protection against outdoor exposure. The punched tape shall mechanically crimped over the core wire and then formed into a coil at various parts of the periphery of coil. The width of strip as 19mm and spacing of blades 24.00 + 0.5 mm c/c. The weight of each coil shall be 8 + 5% Kgs without packing material and coil lenth of 8 Mtr (maximum) when opened up each coil would with bituminzed hessian cloth for providing protective packing complete all as specified & directed.
