(i) Valid MSEs certificate if exemption sought for payment of Tender document form fee (ii) Valid MSEs certificate if exemption sought for payment of EMD and Tender document cost. (iii) Whether all pages of tender document have been signed and stamped. (iv) Copy of PAN card to be submitted by Tenderer. (v) GST registration no (Copy) (vi) Undertaking / Declaration to be submitted by the Tenderer (As per Annexure - 27 (vii) Whether Bank details have been attached (As per ANNEXURE - 7) (viii) The bidders shall submit undertaking for truthfulness/correctness of the documents submitted/uploaded to be uploaded by the tenderer along with the Tender.
