Upgradation of DJOM at AF Stn under GE (AF) Borjhar

Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) area exc. 1.50 Sqm but not exc. 4 Sqm each, removing from the site including taking out existing hold fast etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for aluminium anodised frame work as in partition wall, doors, window & ventilator chowkhat with one or more rebates including joining beads, cleat sets weight not less than 0.55Kg/Rm complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in for Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in for Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, sliding type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing not less than 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No.), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 Nos.) suitable handle (1 No.) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 6.30 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc. 0.5 sq.m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other plart made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed all as directed.

M&L in for Anodized aluminium DECO grill, made of 6mm dia aluminium bars, size of mesh 50mm x 50mm, fixed with aluminium frame of size 50mm x 50mm x 1.9mm thick for aluminium window complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in for Aluminium Mortice lock vertical type size 75mm 04 levers complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as Door closer Aluminium (Die cast) body hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for door seal bottom made of aluminium body with nylon rubber bottom or bristles with not less than 94 cms in length for blocking of the entry of dust and crawling elements under the door complete all as specified and as directed.
