Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc. complete. complying with std. specifications.SS 20 B.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 ( One of cement, four of sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm HBGS for leveling course including the cost of mixing, curing etc., complete as directed by officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and shuttering to the required height for RCC items using MS angles of size 25mm×25mm×3mm of boarding, laid oversilver oak joints of size 10cm × 6.5cm speced as 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complying with standard specifications etc., completed and as directed by officers.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 400Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone sand (M- Sand) but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS standards.

Painting two coats with approved Emulsion paint over one coat of priming coat over cement plastered exposed surface of the Reservoir including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete and as directed by officers.

Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS Ladder of 45cm clear wide made out of 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle for both sides and for steps at 30cm C/C welded jointed etc ., for I staging from GL to 1st level brace (weight 4.5kg/m) IInd and IIIrd staging upto floor slab and IVth staging from floor slab to roof top. Supply, delivery and fixing of 32 mm GI pipes medium for hand rails from I stage to IVth stage. RCC M30 Grade mix for Landing slab 5 Nos. at Ground Level- 1No. and above Ground Level - 4Nos. Supply and fixing of 32mm GI pipe medium for hand rails for the Landing slab. Supplying and fixing of MS Base plate of 100mm X 100mm X 6mm thick for fixing Anchore fastener bolt for fixing of hand rails at Landing slab and MS Ladder providing locking arrangements with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint as per approved Type Design and as directed by TP officers for 12 m stage OHT

Providng and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in RCC 1:1.5:3 (One cement, one and half sand and three aggregates) using 20mm HBG stone for OHT including cost of reinforcement, placing grill in position, centering, shuttering charges, mixing concrete curing etc., to required height and clear width of 45cm consisting of two Nos. of vertical post of 10cm× 15cm and step slab of 25mm × 25mm etc., complete and as directed by officers.

Providing PVC ventilating arrangements mosquito proof nylon net with 110mm PVC cowl and as directed by officers.

Providing cut stone slab in CM 1:3 and as directed by officers.

Providng manhole cover of size 0.60 x 0.60M Heavy duty with frame in MS angle fixed along edges including cost and conveyance of all charges to site etc., complete.

Towards Labour charges for Painting TWAD Board Emblem in accordance with the size and specifications as approved by the Board on the Service Reservoirs including cost of all consumables, one coat of base paint, scaffolding charges including painting TP Logo on the Service Reservoirs.

Provision for pipe connection arrangements for inlet, outlet scour and overflow etc. including cost of pipes, specials, valve, labour charge for lifting, aligning, cutting, threading, fixing and painting of GI pipes with two coats of approved quality enamel paint etc. complete as detailed below.
