M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations of stay assembly, filling, mass concrete and similar works, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Volume of pole/strut embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

Supply and fixing for Pre-stressed concrete pole 9 metre long of cross section 102mm x 172mm at the top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom, class 10, complying with requirements of IS-1678-1998 with & including two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow strips 30 cm each upto 1.5 metre height from PCC coping/pedestal and marking pole number in letters & figures of size not less than 8cm height, including taking out old unserviceable pole complete all as specified & as directed Note :- Excavation, earthwork, PCC in foundation & coping shall be measured and paid for separately.

NOTES FOR LED LIGHT FITTINGS : (i) All LED light/luminare shall meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (ii) Contractor shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM-79 and LM-80. (iii) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of contract. The product will be replaced on site free of cost in the following case :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (c) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries.

Supply and fixing mounting bracket (suitable for fixing/holding street/security light fittings) made of 40mm bore GI pipe ‘light grade’ not less than 1.50m long, bent to shape at required angle, fixed to Pole/wall with & including mild steel clamps (02 Nos) made out of flat iron 50x6mm with nuts, bolts & washers, matching with section of Pole/suitable for wall, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI continuous earth wire or guard/cradle made to shape of 4mm dia as directed including Galvanized mild steel binding wire 1.63mm dia including dismantling & taking down old existing unserviceable GI continuous earth wire, guard, cradle, etc of any size from HT poles including disconnecting from the existing system complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Galvanized wire shall be measured & paid for under this item and clamps, eye hooks where provided shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F in replacement of cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilled holes for bolts, in any shape or size for 33/11 KV over head structure with & including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, fixed complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Size, section and shape of steel sections shall be as directed. (ii) Weight of paint shall not be considered for payment purpose and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect.

S&F Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) of any size as directed, stringing for overhead line on 1100 Volt LT poles including jointing with and including aluminium binding wire 2 mm dia, jumpers, line tapes, conducting jelly, stretching properly and connecting with suitable PG clamps, etc including dismantling and taking down old existing unserviceable aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size/type/capacity, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) The ACSR conductors shall conforming to IS-398 (Part-II) and as specified in SSR Part-I. (ii) The unit rate quoted shall also deemed to include for supply and fixing of binding wire, aluminium tapes, etc which shall not be included in the weight of conductors for payment. (iii) Weight of conductors shall be determined by measuring the horizontal distance between centers of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra shall be added for sag, jointing, jumpers etc. (iv) Weight of the conductors shall be calculated from the nominal weights given in tables in the relevant IS code.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces and painting to steel tubular pole 9/11 metre long of any size with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow strips 30 cm each upto 1.50 metre height from top of PCC coping/pedestal and applying two coats of aluminium anti corrosive paint to remaining portion of steel pole, over cross arms, brackets, bracings, clamps, hooks etc and marking pole number in letters & figures of size not less than 8cm height complete all as specified & as directed.

Notes for serial item No. 51.00 to 59.00 :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

M&L for sand cushioning using clean local Tibba fine sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :-(i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 80mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/ under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete including taking down old unserviceable pipe with clamps complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Voltmeter in square shape of range 0 to 500 Volt complete including making connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Ammeter in square shape of range 0 to 400 Amps complete incl making connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement indicator lamps red, yelow, blue AC 230 volt LED type moulded single piece suitable for LT panel complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully the defective street light fittings 36/45/72 Watt from the poles/walls and refixing the same on poles/walls after repair of street light fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : A Team of workers for emergency are available inside the camp for 24 Hours. (i) T&P i.e, ladder and vehicle will be provided by the contractor. (ii) Only major items like drivers and LED module will be paid for separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

M&L for 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, rammed to a true surface, under 2/4 pole structure and around the 2/4 pole structure & outdoor electrical installations, complete all as specified and as directed.

Tightening of existing loose stay wire of stay assembly with suitable tension including providing nuts and repair to other wire, un-winded stay wire etc, complete all as specified and as directed

Scraping of old paint from the bus bar chamber/LT feeder pillar box of size not more than 1500X1200X500mm fixed along the wall/pole/angle iron without removing and preparation of surfaces for repainting externally. Repainting the cable junction box complete externally by applying one coat of synthetic enamell paint of approved colour complete all as required at site or directed. Note : Old unserviceable material retrieved from above items will be property of the deptt and will be deposited in AGE E/M store yard.
