Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coated galvanised iron based corrugated steel sheets 0.5 mm thick of any colour, AZ 150 coating having tensile strength 550 MPA as in roof covering or ridges with side lap and end laps, hips and straight flashing fixed with self tapping screws (length & girth as fixed) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Colour & Pattern to be approved by Engineer-in-Charge/GE.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated galvanised Iron based Plain steel sheets, 0.5mm thick of any colour, AZ150, with side lap and end lap having tensile strength 550 MPA as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing fixed with self tapping screws (length & girth as fixed) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc of Fe-410W grade E-250 quality-B with and including one shop coat of zinc chrome primer including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel flat iron as in wind ties conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any shade over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces for truss,purlins etc (in any height of bldg) of any descrition exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards/PVC panelling (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) of insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets. Note: Work to be executed at minimum height of 8m.

S&F laminated Gypsum tile board 8mm thick with textured white colour PVC film on the face side and metalized polyster (MPL) film on rear side in ceiling as per manufacturers instructions of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Work to be executed at minimum height of 8m.
