Concreting of Pole

Work of following materials as Laying, Errection,Installation per RESSPO/PuVVNL norms at the work site.

Erection of Double Pole structure on 8.5 mtr. PCC Pole by erecting single pole near old installed 10 KVA Transformer including all works of evocation of pit, pole erection, grouting in the ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 40 mm brick ballast),back filling of earth ,proper ramming & fitting of all accessories For Single Circuit (MS Angle 75x75x6,2080mm.with Clampe & boltand Nut (TF Base), Top channel with clamps, disc insulator T & C type, disc fitting T & C type, earthing, grouting of Stay Rod including all work as per norms etc. complete).

Laying, spreading, lifting and final sagging of 3 phases 3 wire 11 KV Line and 3 phase 4 wire 0.440 KV Line of ACSR Weasal conductor in accordance with profile and sag chart including binding, Jumpering and fixing of P.G. Clamp as per requirement in 03 Nos./04 Nos. conductor in parallel.

To connect the overhead line to the transformer's all phases by lugging both the ends of the LT PVC Cable Al. 1X240 sq.mm with the crimping lugs.

Errection of Loading, carriage of Materials & complete work for Establishment of 10 KVA Single Phase T/F

Errection ,Loading, carriage of Materials & Making of Double Pole carriage and resetting on new Double Pole including complete work for Establishment of 25 KVA Three Phase T/F, 11/0.4 KV

Grouting of Stay Rods (16 x 1800) mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60 x 0.60 x 0.30) m in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast) as per drg including back filling, proper ramming etc. Fixing tightening & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension as per drawing.

Shifting, loading, carriage & Erection to make proper Earthing Neutral and body of Transformers and poles with help of GI wire.
