Design of 132 KV DC/MC Monopole with Extension nuts, bolts, washers and ladders etc. on ACSR Panther Conductor and its foundation (design of monopole and its respective foundations duly approved from any of the independent Govt. Approved Test Lac i.e. CPRI / IIT (Mumbai , Delhi , Roorkee, Kharagpur, Chennai, Kanpur) . The bidder must get 132 KV Multi circuit Monopole type tested for Sl. No. 2 (a) of Schedule (1-Supply) at their own cost from CPRI/ any independent NABL accredited Lab in India before commencement of Supply . Type Test shall be witnessed by the purchaser.

Special designed Multi Ckt. Monopole (60-90 degree) bottom cross arm one side at 13 Mtrs. and oter side 22 Mtrs. (For maintaining minimum ground clerance 18 to 20 Mtr. Between Monopole span approx. 150 Mtr.)

Fabrication Galvanizing , inspection and supply of 132 KV Double Circuit / Multi Circuit Monopole with extension and nuts, bolts , washers and ladder etc. as per design.

Special designed Multi Ckt. Monopole (60-90 degree) bottom cross arm one side at 13 Mtrs. and oter side 22 Mtrs. (For maintaining minimum ground clerance 18 to 20 Mtr. Between Monopole span approx. 150 Mtr.)

Cost of Concreting for all type 132 KV MC/DC Monopole foundation including cost of cement , dewatering , shorting and shuttering , forming and curing but excluding cost of re-inforcement bars with M20/M25 mix. Concrete.

Cost of pilling up to 10 Mtr. Depth including bulbs up to 500 mm dia , cost also includes laying of reinforcement & bentronite bags but excludes the cost of reinforcement & concrete.

Cost of setting and alignment of bolts along with sacrificial & normal template (Rate per location) for following 132 KV DC/MC Monopole ( in No.)

Installation of steel reinforcement bars in RCC foundation including cost of steel reinforcement bars with cutting , bending , placing , binding etc.

Grounding Work including earth material for Pipe type Earthing.

Providing barricades for avoiding any accident during the period of excavation to back filling of soil andd during erection.
