Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc from parapet etc and removal unserviceable brick/brick bats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:6 as in parapets etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces or brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces or brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 Kg weight of cement (or) as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of Chajja, roof projection & slab etc ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old ceiling plaster height upto 7 to 8 mtr etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces with chicken mesh finished even and smooth without using extra cement in two layer including taking down old ceiling plaster etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement base primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding, benching existing roof slab to slope as per existing or as directed including finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 over concrete surfaces of roof mixed with @ 200ml liquid water proofing compound by 50Kg weight of cement (or) as per manufacturer’s instructions including finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately

M&L for cleaning the roof surface from dust /dirt and any other foreign materials and applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 liters per square meter uniformly after the surfaces fully dried complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying a coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS 702 over primed surface of roof slab @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for APP based polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3 Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (Weight not less than 150gms/Sqm or as per IS), laid over hot bitumen surface by torched application with the strict supervision of manufacturers technical supervisor. Membrane shall be laid with 100mm side/end lap on prepared surface as per manufacturer’s instructions and work shall be carried out strictly with the technical tradesmen and supervision of technical staff of manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick tiles 40mm thick over roof treatment, laid over and including 15mm thick screed be in cement mortar 1:6 mixed with and including polymer based liquid water proofing compound/additive @ 200ml liquid water proofing compound by 50Kg weight of cement and joints of brick tiles shall be filled with cement mortar 1:4 mix with and including 5% crude oil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl Item No 19 above but except tiles. Note :- The unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of necessary cleaning, removing mortar, segregation, stacking etc for the tiles obtained out of dismantling.

M&L for two coats of aluminium paint on APP based polymeric water proofing membrane including preparation of surfaces of roof etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V section in existing roofs or terrace, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand (1:1) (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment for existing sunken portion/floor by complete demolition of existing leakage sunken portion area exceeding 1 Sqm but not exceeding 1.5 Sqm and cleaning the surface and applying cement slurry and 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 mixing with liquid water proofing compound after surface is fully dried, cleaned free from dust and painting with a coat of bituminous primer@ 0.30 liter / Sqm, after priming the entire surface, applying with hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS 702 @ 1.20Kg / Sqm, over hot bitumen, providing polymeric water proofing membrane consisting of 90 to 100 micron thick central core of HMHDPE film with standard weight not less than 3Kg/Sqm provide with 100mm side lap/end lap after that fixing P trap and filling sunken portion with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) appox 30cm high and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including demolition complete all as specified and directed. Note : The unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of testing of treatment as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for taking down cement plaster including tile etc and removing the material out side MD land.& hacking out and racking out the joints with the wire brush to dry and apply one coat of URP of Dr. Fixit and cement in ratio 1:1 @ 1liter per Sqm and after the drying of this process applying two coats of pidifin2K @ 1 liter per Sqm on each coat minimium 4 hour gap is required to be maintained and 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 in roof/ wall complete including finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
