Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundations, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and not exceeding 10 square meter on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level nexc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for broken stone or boulder hardcore of gauge n exe 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exe 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

Materials and Labour for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:1.5:3) type A1 (nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs and shelves supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs and landings etc, any thickness complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately)

Materials and Labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:1.5:3) type A1 (nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs under reamed pillars and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately)

Materials and Labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3) type A1 (nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in column, pillars, piers, post and struts complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately)

Supply & fixing Mild steel screw bolt not exc 12 mm dia neck, purpose made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut exc 30 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating (AZ-150) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Water Proofing Compound of approved make.

Materials and labour for applying two coats of wheather proof acrylic emulsion paint (exterior grade) flage pattern over and including one coat of primer including necessary scafolding, brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Materials and labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over 3mm thick putty of approved make complete all as specified and directed.
