M & L 10-12mm thick polymer modified readymix cement based plaster Make : Ultratech (Brand name Readiplast) complying to IS-1661-1972, IS-2250-1965, IS-2402-1963) or equivalent make as approved make list, applied in ratio 1:4 as per manufacturer's instructions, on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of existing old brick / block masonry or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime morta in any postion , size design etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 04 above but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Vitrified coloured ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of tiles exc 0.42 sqm but n exc 1.00 sqm each in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 14 above but vertical surface as in dado, skirting etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match laid over 15 mm thick avg screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M& L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipe 300 mm bore including forming cradles complte all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in brenching for manholes, bands, coping, bed plate etc with slightly chamfered or rounded angles including necessary from work, if any, and finishing exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in drains /surface channel complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for preparation of new plaster external wall and ceiling surfaces of and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manholes cover, drain cover and set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring from conduit / batten type (light, fan, socket or power point) complete such as switches, ceiling rose, pendent holder, bell ,regulator and socket etc and making good the disturbed surface of wall / floor/ ceiling etc complete all as directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated un-sheathed and multistranded copper conductor cable ISI marked through existing PVC conduit including FRLS, PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper earth wire, connecting to common earth dolly with and incl new Metal flush box of suitable size for fixing modular switches/sockets/fan regulator etc , with and including Modular cover plates of suitable size in and and making good surface complete all as directed for the following.

(a) one light point / fan point/ wall fan point/ bell/ buzzer controlled by one 1-way switch/ bell push/ socket outlet point 5 Amps on the independent board.

(b) one socket outlet point 5 amps on the same board.

Note:- 03 RM of 10 Sqmm + 01 RM of PVC conduit will be measured as 01 RM.

Material and labour in replacement for Sub main wiring with 2 run of 4 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed andmultistranded copper conductor cable ISI marked, drawn in to and including PVC concealed conduit 25 mm dia with and including 4.0 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and multistranded copper conductor cable ISI marked as earth wire, connected with thimble from main DB to AC point complete all as specified. Note:- 03 RM of 10 Sqmm + 01 RM of PVC conduit will be measured as 01 RM.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Distribution Board double Door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection, surface mounting, SPN 8 way, 240 volts with bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCB’s and isolators etc and making all necessary connections complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB incommer Distribution Board ( Vertical Load line DB) double Door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection, VTPN 04 way, 240 volts with bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCCB as incommer and MCB as outgoing and making all necessary connections and taking out the old unserviceable DB complete all as directed. Note:- MCCB & MCBs will be measured and paid separately
