Fabrication & erection of Sub-Station Double Pole on 11 Mtr. Long ST Pole with fixing of necessary clamps accessories required including supply and fixing of straight Ms 100x50mm Top channel (240mm long) 2 Nos., with arrangement of fixing 3 Nos. pin insulator, grouting in 1:4:8 Cement, Sand, Brick ballast and making of plinth 300mm above ground level with painting along with 11 KV DO fuse set as per RESPO norms & direction of E/I. ( ST pole shall be supplied by the department.)

Stringing & sagging of AB Cable (3x95+1x70+1x16) /(3x120+1x95+1x16) Sqmm with proper jump ring and connections with required Clamps, jumpers, piering connector. (Cost of clamps etc. shall be borne by contractor) (Only Cable shall be supplied by department)

Sagging of ACSR weasel /Racoon conductor as per RESPO norms and in the directions of supervising Engineer including cradle type guarding] fixing/mounting of material clamps fitting etc,

Providing & fixing of 11 KV TPMO set as per RESPO norms. ( All material shall be supplied by the contractor.)

Laying of Cable (1x240/400)Sqmm cable with Material. (Only Cable shall be supplied by department)

Mounting of 250 KVA Transformer on new plinth with safe energisation after connection body & neutral of transformer to earth. (Only transformer shall be supplied by the department.)

Well type earthing with 20 Mtr. Deep boring and providing GI pipe 1.5 dia (20 Mtr. GI pipe) of Tata/Zindal make and GI strip 25x5mmx6 Mtr. Long attached with clamps L piece, Nut & Bolts and GI pipe cap.( All material shall be arranged by the Contractor.)

Fabrication, erection of wire mesh fencing 2.0 Mtr. Height including grouting of fabrication MS Angle 50x50x6 mm. Painting of fencing and support with all material as per specification around 11/.4 KV Sub-Station of size [2x(5+3)]x 2.0 meter (All material shall be supplied by the contractor.)

Construction of Transformer plinth of size 2x2x1.5 meter with the help of first class brick and masonry in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coare. Filling the structure completely as per norms with RCC top 1:1:2 cement, sand coarse and stone grith with MS Bar and MS channel for resting transformer wheel 2x(125x65x2000)mm and plaster. (All material shall be arranged by the contractor.)

Providing & fixing of danger board with proper calmps, nuts and bolts.

Fabrication, erection of single 11 Mtr ST/8.5 PCC Pole with fixing of necessary clamps, accessories required including supply & fixing of clamp, nuts & bolts, Grouting with cement, sand, brick ballast in ratio :1:4:8 and earthing as per RESPO specification & direction of E/I with fixing of T-off with fitting & tapping pole. (Only Pole shall be Supplied by the deptt.)

Construction of Masonry type Distribution Pillar Box 1 No. incoming and 3 No outgoing of size 1x1.5x0.6 mtr. With supply, fabricated and fixing of Straight MS angle 50x50x6 mm (188 mm long), 2 nos. 500 Amp, 3 nos. 300 Amp Henley Type Tailless Fuse unit, 3 nos. copper bus bar of size 1000x50x6 mm and one No. alumin. bus bar 1000x5x6 mm including all civil material required for work. (All material shall be supplied by the contractor.)

Providing & fixing of stay set complete.
