1] Railway reserves the right to accept offer of only specified manufacturer as per BOM (Annexure-D, S.N.12) mentioned in the detailed RDSO specification no.RDSO/PE/SPEC/AC/0184-2015 (Rev 1) or their authorized dealer/associate-s having past performance of supplying tendered item. Relevant documents i.e. copy of receipted challan, inspection certificate, R-Note, CRN in support of the same to be uploaded/attached. If firm failed to upload/attach the said documents then it will be presumed that they do not have any satisfactory past performance and offer will be rejected accordingly. 2] Tenderer other than manufacturer should attach/upload tender specific authorization/valid dealership certificate issued by the manufacturers only as per BOM mentioned above along with their offer in proper format preferably as per Annexure-4 of GCC attached with the tender, failing of which offer of the Firm will not be considered as a valid offer and such offer will summarily be ignored. No back reference will be made in this regard. 3] Railway also reserve the right to check tenderers' past performance in IREPS, hence if any Firm failed to upload credential, it would be checked in IREPS and evaluation will be done accordingly and if no credential is found so far then the offer will summarily be rejected. No back reference will be made in this regard.

Have you submitted authenticated copy of the document authorizing the signatory to submit offer and commit on behalf of tenderers.
